Awesome review! BOSS/JHS really did an excellent job of tuning the two pedals to work in tandem together and I think you did a most excellent job of showing that off! Parallel is my fave as well, and it's amazing how limitless the variation in tones you can pull by dialing the two modes to various points and then blending them together. From radically different to subtly varied and everything in between the pedal is just fun and musical!😎I agree too with your end comments, I hope this help spur more collaborations from BOSS as well as with other companies to do the same (Chase Bliss Brother's and Digitech Boneshaker comes to mind). Makes for fun gear for us!😉😎👍🤘🎸🎶

I talked to Josh about it at NAMM and he told me that inherently the circuits will be slightly different because of the limited controls vs. the full Angry Charlie. Also, I have not played the most recent Angry Charlie so I can’t speak to that.
What’s up Sean! I was on the wait list at Sweetwater for 2 months for this after watching Dan and Micks review. When it came in a couple of weeks ago I was stoked to try it. After an hour with it I gave up. I guess I was just disappointed with the angry Charlie. The blues driver is what it is and it’s great. But the Jhs side was a let down. Too thin and airy. Anyway keep up the good work.

RJW14 usually leave the EQ controls at noon for the clean channel in demos. This time I boosted the Highs to 2 o'clock
