I’m diabetic now so I have to watch what I eat, I’ve lost 70 pounds and my blood work is doing great. I hope you’re all arrested up and everything went well on your trip. Well, Ronny 70 pounds that is amazing fantastic that really help with the sugar I bet too yeah I’m really watching a lot of the stuff that we’re having and just trying to be mindful of what I’m eating because I’m trying to control the diabetes with Jardien and diet and if I could keep it at that, I’d be happy so I have some diabetic recipes that starting in the fall and probably gonna be sharing more of them are doing well. We were visiting Casey this weekend. We had a great time. Got to hang out. Go out to eat. Go walk do all kinds of stuff with him, and it was really nice to see him and his partner, I hope that you are doing wonderful today and that your mom is doing well and we love you lots. We love you and Terry like family and thank you for being here I hope that you’re not having a lot of pain in your back and stuff and that you have a great day, love you like a brother

that looks awesome, I love saucy things like that. I just got an air fryer, I haven't even had a chance to use it yet but it shouldn't heat up the house so I am going to try this one in there. I think almonds would be good in there too. How are you doing? Did you get rested up? Please be careful out side in the heat, we are under a heat advisory again that's 3 times this summer and the humidex was up to 85 I believe today, going up to 92 I think they said so please be careful. So glad you are back.
