7:42 that character is nu-13 a cyborg girl from the game blazblue, in the taunt you do she says "ragna" who is a character that nu loves to yandere levels, in fact, in one of the games, during jin's campaign, jin being ragna's brother, at the end you fight nu-13 and when you win she straight up murders both herself and ragna with one of the blades on her back, to ensure that no matter what she will always have him, in the show, however, a character named kokonoe, takes the cyborg memory's from nu-13 after she dies and puts it into her own robot to try and take ragna down, which doesnt work because of how much nu loves ragna, which surprisingly enough, ragna shows care for nu, not love, but just genuine care, which then a character named iron tagar (nicknamed red devil) is sent by kokonoe to retrieve the nu bot and bring it back so in case ragna doesn't destroy it, even though he had no intention to

Since you asked 1:47 , Um Excuse me, that character is Elizabeth Bathory from the Fate franchise. FGO is the most popular Gacha, so that technically isn't rare info. I don't know why they picked Elizabeth over the more iconic Saber(aka Artoria Pendragon), but certainly a more interesting moveset. Artoria would likely just be a generic sword user. Elizabeth is a lancer, so primarily fights with a spear/lance. Her Final Smash is her Noble Phantasm from the games. She screams in such a bad off tune note that it does AoE damage to all enemies. She is infamously bad at singing, but wants to be an idol as a reference to the real life Elizabath Bathory's supposed obsession with staying young by bathing in the blood of virgin women. Bathory is the inspiration for the book/character "Carmilla", who is probably the first "modern" depiction of what a female vampire is like. She has dragon parts due to the Bathory family crest being a dragon(apparently). As someone who is aware of the character, it's a super faithful design even including some of her in-game attack animations. I'd love to see a Passionlip mod from Fate, but that'd never happen. She'd be a super heavy due to her stated weight of "1 ton" and having massive golden claws "hands". I would say it'd be hard to imagine her running around, but Fate Grand Order Arcade exists and features a 3D model of her running around so it's actually possible. I doubt anyone would like dealing with her, because she'd probably have either invincibility frames or hyper armor frames on her claws. I'd be curious to see how Metal Face works in this mod, because he's probably quite similar to how she'd work.
