*SPOILER* (why look at comments before watching the video though?)
Winning by 0.000 seconds got me curious so I looked up what happens in a tied win.
Apparently the points of positions involved, in this case 1st and 2nd are combined and shared equally.
So 25 for 1st and 18 for second equal 43 total. Thus 21.5 points per driver.
Assuming the FIA don't 'claim' that one driver is ahead in the ten thousandths of a second - I heard that they record the ten thousandths like Indycar, they just don't display them.
