I am a beginner and i don't have any camera so i download a raw file from internet and i want to practice on that. So is this the method ok for me

kya ham jan sakte hen, raw footage se, wo konsa raw he, konsa log me shoot hua he or konsa like gamut format me shoot huahe, keise pata kare
RAW video me jaan sakte hai (jaise ki ARRIRAW from ARRI Cameras, R3D REDRAW from RED Cameras, or BRAW from Blackmagic Cameras) kyunki unme alag se ek "Meta Data" sidecar file hota hai jisme yeh information rehta hai. Lekin koi bhi LOG Footage me, jo ki MP4 ya phir MOV Format me hai, unme video jisne shoot kiya hai unse hi gamma and gamut ka information lena hai. Agar unko nehi pata, toh phir baadme aapko nehi pata chalega. Aapko ya toh guess karna hoga ya phir manually color correction karna hoga aur aapko best result nehi milega.
bro...I want to color-grade videos and make some money from Fiverr but I have no idea how to approach them and how to talk with them and I have lots of doubts...like which system is better to start ..... ..will they give footage in shots or in complete edited single file? how are we gonna give them color-grading footage in the rendered video file?

Jodi Sidecar File (prottekta clip'er saathe ekta kore similar naam'er je file gulo) gulo thaake, taahole seta Notepad diye open kore ekdom nicher dike "CaptureGammaEquation" bole field ta check koro. Kaaj hole jaanio.

what is cst in and cst out , why some people use 2 cst nodes ?
Some colorists prefer to work in a standard color space like DaVinci Wide Gamut no matter from which camera the footage is from, to have a consistent color grading experience. So, if in a big project there are footage from RED Cameras, ARRIs, Blackmagic, GoPro, iPhone HDR etc, then they convert all footage to DWG first and then to Rec.709. They do their grading in-between these two nodes, so they always grade in DWG. So, all the tools respond in a similar and predictable manner for all the footage.
Ok that make sense, so if i have footage captured in slog 3 , s gamut 3 by sony , can i do the same like convert it into DWG first and then in rec 709 ?? Will that be better results?
@@maanharman5070 Yes, you definitely can do that. Not necessary that you will get better result, but if you always grade in DWG then after some time you'll gain the experience of DWG and have a better idea of how all the tools react in this color space. When you'll get footage from other cameras, then it will be easier for you to grade them in DWG as well. Try to grade an S-Log Footage in both way and you'll see that the tools react differently in S-Log and DWG.
