My story is similar, I started with my warm market and got familiar with the system, and now I transitioned to self generating leads with Facebook and UA-cam ads. This is a great industry.

how did it go
Inspiring video. I got my license 3 months ago and work for WFG as an independent producer. I was so surprised how within a short of time I could make like $20K per month.
My first day Is tomorrow! I just need to know If I can make money in my first 7 days?!!

@@grandemma5681that’s what they don’t tell you. You have to pay for leads and most times they’re reused. Not to mention it’s expensive and that’s IF you don’t get a charge back.
Your story is great. I am 20 years old and got my licensed for Property and casualty producer/solicitor back in June. I work for a Statefarm agent. I am just starting out and realizing really how much their is to learn!

Im leanining into getting started to get my license to sell insurance and I am casually strolling on UA-cam and the first video that called my attention before clicking on any other was yours... I dont know about you being supersticious or not but as I am watching the video you happen to say your Bday was Nov 26 which is My bday as well. and you happen to say you went on a trip to PR and crazyyy to say.... I was born and raised in Puerto Rico.... Too many signs.... that might be god telling me to jump into this

So I worked with prescription insurance for 5 years and dental insurance for 6 now. I always wanted to do real estate because of helping others and the uncapped income, but the test and wording was so hard. I'm hoping with insurance experience already, I can do this! I'm just curious how to pick the right company to work for.

Got a question.
I recently got a policy, and at the point of sale I told the agent that I had to have the insurance not just to drive, but also for work, as I am an independently contracted courier. I work with Roadie, DoorDash, ect.
When I got the policy in the mail, the policy specifically stated that my type of business is excluded from coverage.
I called the agent, he said to give him a couple of days and he'll get this worked out. I've been waiting for a week now. He's always "just stepped out", and won't return my calls. I can't work safely without coverage, and I'm not made of money. Is there somewhere I can call if it comes down to having to take legal steps against this agent?

thats the company im with too! im taking the course now! hows is going for you? do you like it? i dont know how it took you 3 days to do the course. im really trying to read through throughly but its alot of coursework and wordy and i feel like im taking too long! was the exam harder or easier than tou thought? do they help you with scripts after to start selling? did you buy the leads? are the mire expensive ones really better? give me all the details! hah.
The exam was just like I thought it would be! I was prepared from all the studying I did. & I’m happy you’re with sfg. It’s a great company. I did buy leads. I purchase A leads & B1 leads. The A leads are more expensive than the B1 leads. As long as you study and take the practice exams, you’ll do just fine in your exam. I wish you nothing buck luck & success!

Hello. I just got hired for Symmetry yesterday after getting my license. I'm still waiting on carriers to finish my contracting. I just wanted to ask, how quick do agents start making money with symmetry? I know we got to put in the work and all that stuff but with paying bills, we still need time frames on when the money starts coming in

The leads are effective! A Leads are the fresher ones, but all leads are effective. Just have to work them effectively

I just passed my SC life license exam on Wednesday January 3rd, 2024. I am scared to actually take agent calls..but hopefully I can do well when. I start taking calls in a few weeks.

No cold calling! Our company has marketing that generate leads that we purchase. Most of potential clients know why we are calling. Our company sends out post cards and potential customers fill them out and send them back if interested.
