Thanks to Cooking Station on youtube for the lessons in cake baking. Your video taught me how to make sponge cake easier than the other people on youtube. I had trouble with folding the batter properly until i watched your video. I finally can stop obsessing over cake probably. I finally figured it out for the most part anyway. I still have trouble making the layers that neat and with cake decorating, but I did a pretty close reproduction of this cake genoise. It was delicious. The only thing I wonder is how to make it more moist. I just want to let you know that this video may help me overcome my weight loss issues because if i can finally stop obsessing over food, weight loss will come naturally. Praise the Lord Jesus Christ and to God be the glory. Hallelujah.

¿¿ Que sentido tiene agregarle las claras en forma envolvente.....para que no se pierda el aire de la mezcla ....y al final sacudir el molde para que no quede aire ??¿¿ porque se contradice ??? ¿¿¿ no es que al tener aire en la preparación queda más alto y más aireado ???
