The clients had managed accounts and the handling of it was so bad, that the funds in most cases were lost. The Account Managers (who operated with fake names) asked again for new investigations by providing a "Recovery Plan". The funds of the Recovery plan was also lost. A litigation against Banc de Binary and all parties involved with the Banc de Binary fraudulent venture is now started. About 300 victims were interviewed about how the Account Managers tricked the clients to get huge amounts. Additionaly Investigators have gained an in-depth knowledge of the way how the owner of Banc de Binary conducted and operated their businesses. Oren Laurent was the CEO of the firm and is living in Israel. Scamed investors often believe that they are alone in having fallen for the scam. The tide is turning thanks to the persistence of crusading law firms exposing the practices of fraudulent brokers. Very informative.... but I noticed a few things.... It would have been nice to have some shots of the audience. The eye contact of the presenter seems to be very much inclined to the right which get's me to think that there where not many people in the audience or else maybe the recording camera was in this area. How many people attended this "speech"? At the end when question time is opened up... There where only a few questions which to me sounds very strange, I would expect to have interested audience to ask plenty of questions and have an extended session. Very simple. Your balance does respond to your wins and losses, but it's just numbers. Similar to HYIPs like Macrotrade. Macrotrade had investment programs which could gain 1.2% per day for instance. The investment programs would lock you in for months e.g. 90 days. communications worked fine until they decided to scam, then, when the "word got out" there would be "problems with withdrawals" that is "We can't answer all those emails!". Eventually even the phone would not be answered. When HYIP monitor sites said Macrotrade was "not paying" and placed in the scam list, you could open your account platform to see it increment by 1.2 % per day, just like clockwork.

Hi Wesley, smart contract for Bitcoin is not ready as far as I know. The best option is the Ethereum, it has a proven track of running probably thousands of smart contracts successfully. Actually end of last year there was an ICO, Spectre, on the Ethereum platform which aims to drain the swamp in the industry and launched the first brokerless smart options platform. They utilize the smart contracts technology and getting the brokers out of the equation. You control your funds all the time and transact with the smart contract which means that the firm can't control or seize your funds. They also automated the data feed and secured with smart contracts so no-one can't manipulate the market data. You don't have an 'Account Manager' who would trade (and drain your funds) for you so you take your trades all by yourself. You either trade against a peer who thinks the market will go the opposite way (which I think would be rather seldom) or DALP (Decentralized Autonomous Liquidity Pool) (again controlled by the smart contract) which is funded with the amount granted from the ICO and not against their balance sheet. Their profit is from the volume created, so they don't gain anything if you lose a trade. Your lost goes to DALP which pays you out when you win. That's been said smart/binary options are high risk instruments; win rate over the long term is between %50-52. So I wouldn't recommend anyone to jump in and put more money than they can afford to lose. Please do your own research take the responsibility of your actions. Use a trusted broker. TD Ameritrade os a good one or interactive brokers dont take bonuses that's just stupid dont do it do people even read the fine print and dont give out personal information over the phone. SMH you cant that naive can you.

Very informative.... but I noticed a few things.... It would have been nice to have some shots of the audience. The eye contact of the presenter seems to be very much inclined to the right which get's me to think that there where not many people in the audience or else maybe the recording camera was in this area. How many people attended this "speech"?
At the end when question time is opened up... There where only a few questions which to me sounds very strange, I would expect to have interested audience to ask plenty of questions and have an extended session. Very simple. Your balance does respond to your wins and losses, but it's just numbers. Similar to HYIPs like Macrotrade. Macrotrade had investment programs which could gain 1.2% per day for instance. The investment programs would lock you in for months e.g. 90 days. communications worked fine until they decided to scam, then, when the "word got out" there would be "problems with withdrawals" that is "We can't answer all those emails!". Eventually even the phone would not be answered. When HYIP monitor sites said Macrotrade was "not paying" and placed in the scam list, you could open your account platform to see it increment by 1.2 % per day, just like clockwork.

Hi Wesley, smart contract for Bitcoin is not ready as far as I know. The best option is the Ethereum, it has a proven track of running probably thousands of smart contracts successfully. Actually end of last year there was an ICO, Spectre, on the Ethereum platform which aims to drain the swamp in the industry and launched the first brokerless smart options platform. They utilize the smart contracts technology and getting the brokers out of the equation. You control your funds all the time and transact with the smart contract which means that the firm can't control or seize your funds. They also automated the data feed and secured with smart contracts so no-one can't manipulate the market data.
You don't have an 'Account Manager' who would trade (and drain your funds) for you so you take your trades all by yourself. You either trade against a peer who thinks the market will go the opposite way (which I think would be rather seldom) or DALP (Decentralized Autonomous Liquidity Pool) (again controlled by the smart contract) which is funded with the amount granted from the ICO and not against their balance sheet. Their profit is from the volume created, so they don't gain anything if you lose a trade. Your lost goes to DALP which pays you out when you win.
That's been said smart/binary options are high risk instruments; win rate over the long term is between %50-52. So I wouldn't recommend anyone to jump in and put more money than they can afford to lose. Please do your own research take the responsibility of your actions.
