@@blazingking7608 I play Warzone because you can choose and customize your loadout guns. And plus you have bonus features like Supply Choppers, Jailbreak Imminent, and Fire Sale. And thanks to Warzone me and the boys started playing again. Warzone is not everyone's game but I personally love it

I liked seasons 3-X and this season is alright (i didnt play in 1 or 2) the other seasons in chapter 2 started out fun but dragged on with a very boring lootpool compared to literally every season in chapter 1

Pubs for me is literally so stressful, you loot and barely run into players but just as you run into a player that’s when the whole lobby decides to pop outta nowhere and third party which is the most annoying thing about PUBS right now

Haven't played this game in at least a few months. It makes me want to play something else immediately. I can't blame them for quitting. It feels like epic stopped trying. Look at season four vs now. Even the main screen has less effort put into it. No matter how much they change it, it feels the same.

Yep. That’s me. I’ve mostly moved on to Warzone, I only ever play with friends on it because there do t have any better games. Honestly though, I don’t really hate the game, I just think that it’s a completely different game now that I don’t want to play anymore. This game has brought millions of people so many memories, but it’s time to say goodbye.

Something about solos.. SBMM. That coupled with everyone being dead 4 minutes into the match.. they need to take note of what COD is doing correctly or they'll lose the rest of their player base to them soon. Also i wouldn't complain with better servers.. but it feels epic is done putting any real effort into this game. It's like they made their money and now they just don't care what the players think.
Side note: a ton of players are making MULTIPLE smurf accounts just to get clips on bots and trash players.. just do away with sbmm now noobs are fighting really good players regardless.. not having sbmm makes it more rewarding to get a win anyways
My Fortnite experience is largely the same as yours. When I first started playing, in Chapter 2, I would play constantly and even for someone as new as me it got old really quickly and your description of how and when you play is my experience in a nutshell. Keep up the good work dude!

1) remove turbo building so that sweatd cant crank high ground retakes constantly
2) add siphon to regular games
3)remove charged and re add s1-s2 pump
4) return the s2-s3 chapter 1 map
5)stop bringing back old skins
6)remove marauders
7)remove aim assist on pc and buff on console

Dude you know what the sad part is about it, is that the weapons weren't even new weapons, they were just old weapons and items we had and yet a lot of people were so relieved and having fun with that LTM (including myself) and it felt refreshed and that's saying something if by only bringing old items back people felt happy... definately the game doesn't feel like fortnite anymore hence their frase when they added Unreal Engine and I quote "We want Fortnite to feel the same" eehhh no it doesn't!!
Skill based honestly makes the games so fast and basically no action, especially for pros cuz tryhards just want kills
Wanting kills isn’t bad, the reason u get good at a game is that o dominate, however, they should defo remove sbmm cause casuals get destroyed by th at one player who rarely plays pubs and has a low sbmm. Sbmm is broken and for me, since I usually play arena and tourneys, pubs are really easy. Hence why. Don’t play them, I don’t like pub victory royale, they don’t motivate me anymore. Arena ones do though. It used to be motivating until they made it so that everyone is the same skill as you.

It is the aim assist nerf. They took away what controller players loved. A chance to win. All Epic has to do is have an aiming and tracking thumbstick to screen ratio option. Similar to mouse and keyboard but no overpowered aim assist. It works I tested it and even showed Geerzy and he agreed. It would even the playing field with no overpowered aim assist.

i think another factor is the creativity..Remember back in chapter 1 all the kinds of stuff u can do with a mobility and stuff?You could put shield bubbles on hoverboards and stuff like that. It made it so that people were curious they wanted to experiment they wanted to try it things out people watched content creators to see if they had something new something insane like remember when people freaked out over rocket riding? These small aspects of creativity and fun was what made the game stand out from other games in the genre made us all hooked to it trying to find a new and innovative way for trickshots and it was great fo content creators too...It had a sense of discovery and satisfaction something that fortnite has lost in recent times. Like how many creative ways have people found out to kill people this chapter? Only think that comes to mind is crash pads and decoys and maybe flare guns...Bring back things like shockwave more mobility more crazier and outrageously ridiculous weapons which makes u try and mix up your loadout rather than sticking with the now usual ar shotgun smg sniper and shield.

I really think the problem is the locations on the map. A lot of the locations have nothing special about them or really give people a reason for landing there. Sure some has mythic weapons but there is only person that can get it and the difficulty and even the results makes it not really worth getting. Honestly there needs to be one or two special places that a lot of people can land at. This helps to give players the chance to get high kill games again or even the struggle of trying to survive in a wild yet fun location. A location a little similar to tilted towers. Tilted towers was more on the side of constant aggression and less of running around just to find one opponent. There was loots spawns in perfect locations for quickly landing and getting into battle and buildings that multiple people and be in and compete for. It was also really convenient for getting in circle and avoiding the storm since your closer to the middle and not at the edge of the map and have to end up running to the opposite edge. Locations like this is what brought some sort of balance to the game. Passive gameplay could be for locations outside of the more agrresive locations and for constant action, players could land in that location. But this is just my opinion on what some changes in Fortnite could be since nobody wants to say exactly what they want to be changed. Some pros and streamers complain about the game and demand for changes without being specific with what they really want. This is could the reason why epic stop putting full effort into the game since nobody could be pleased. Anyways If you read this whole comment, thanks I appreciate it.

The pros don’t even realize that it’s their fault that the game is too sweaty and boring because they hated everything that was fun and made people enjoy it. Then when epic makes the changes that the pros want they instantly get mad at something else. The funny thing to me is that everything in unvaulted is all stuff pros didn’t like. I play tourney and only tourney it’s fun the game as developed into a competitive game, the focus isn’t public games, people wanna see tournaments so epic is making them.
From a casual player standpoint I have to say I still enjoy this game very much, it’s fun, i have fun playing with my friends. I can’t speak for any pro or seasoned player and their dissatisfaction of the game my only opinion is that they’ve done everything they could in it, they’ve won countless of times and they’re no longer excited with that concept so the game becomes less fun for them, as far as twitch goes, the one thing I’ve noticed is so many streamers always playing tournaments or arena style games, me personally I don’t enjoy that very much I like the content where people are having a great time and there’s less toxicity it’s harder to find streamers like that so most of the time I don’t watch anymore, to me the game is still great.
I’m literally crying cuz this game formed my childhood and it dieing out for low effort just makes me very sad. On top of that I feel so sad when a new problem with the game comes for the pros cuz I just feel like it is all over... Honestky I think the problem is just their new ideas... they were trying to be unique and creative but instead released stuff that made us want to quit. I still love fortnite but like u said Denver I can’t handle solos it is just too sweaty and annoying. I had 9 people left while second zone had just closed in .... In comp, we call them brain dead cause they usually aren’t good either. It ruins the fun cause after u get the kill, u get shot out or third partied. If someone doesn’t amazing piece control and edits on me, or destroys me in a boxfight in like 30 seconds, they aren’t a sweat, they’re a really good player.

ImProbablyThatPunchguyOnYT honestly it is soooooo good. I almost always take the charge of its same level. And if the charge is purple or higher, I’m defo taking it. Build fights are so easy with ur, boxfights are a bit slower and trickier against good players though, but I still like it better cause it hits really hard.
I like the Charge Shotgun. I've heard several pros say they like it also. I think those who don't like it are just very vocal about it.

It's just Sweats and The Lack of new stuff in the game, No new Content in Creative, STW is Ending, Mythical Weapons, Maurders/henchman, Bots in Game, Skilled Based Matchmaking, Not a good Lootpool, Item Shops being BORING AF, Sweat Building Everywhere!, Missing patch notes, Delays and Map Is Stale And No New locations and that's it I believe!

Heavy shotgun will become a weapon you can sidegrade from a tac. Charged shitgun vaulted like the combat, pump unvaulted bolts can sidegrade to suppressed bolt action
Headshot damage buffed back to where it used to be. Slurp juice unvaulted you can stack 3.
All ars unvaulted . Normal at can sidegrade to AK and Burst can sidegrade to infantry rifle. Or you can have an option to make your burst 3 rounds or keep it a 2 rounds. The DMG will decrease for triple burst but the DMG will hit hard still.
Introduce cars, bounce pads, pump damaged increased from 70/80/90/100/110 to 75/85/95/105/110 More LTMs again. Updates that meant something. Working on bugs. Remove marauders or decrease the spawn rate because the loot they give you isn’t bad. Stink bombs can sidegrade to shadow bombs.
Players in Lobby buffed from 100- 150 and only 5 zones and each have 1 minute to reach zone or will be executed in zone after taking 100 DMG from it.
All of this will make fortnite feel fresh they can do this without bringing the old map back.

Riplikatln Loki it could just be because im a combat pro who usually doesn’t partake in the newer building strats but I find quite a few sweats in my games. Im not below average in the slightest, but I think it’s those cracked kids who just try WAYYYYY to hard.
Idk if anyone else feels like this but it used to be a “high” for me back in the OG days of fortnite even all the way up to season x. I would play it all night when I got off work go to bed wake up play fortnite for a while before going to work I was literally addicted to it me and my buddies would play together 24/7 it was that much fun. Then when chapter 2 season 1 was released the first couple days were awesome because it was a breath of fresh air so to speak but after about 2 weeks something just wasn’t right it didn’t have that “hooked” factor anymore it got really boring. Cod came out fell in love with it and ever since then I’d play fortnite every now and then because I “miss” it I guess but the game feels terrible now I can’t do it
I felt the same, chapter 2 removed a lot of the fun stuff from the game giving us a more competitive loadout for months which lead to more sweaty/good players which ruined it for casuals. Casual players dont want boring loadouts and try hards every game, we want to have fun playing with fun items like the good old days

I really think that When the competetive stage was given to the Players it really gave everybody a way to work hard but some people just work hard a bit to much aka sweats
I have some friends who are in the trickshot com, and the only time i get on, is when they need a player to fill the team, or carry things to help them hit shots, i have no desire to play the game.
I just started playing recently and i only play it with my good friends, we are able to make it enjoyable for us for that reason because we are making it about the experiences we are having together. Sure we are facing sweaty players, and freakish builders, but mix in a couple drinks and fun chit chat and it still makes for a good time. I suffer from constant delays from all sorts of other games all the time, so my mind is a little desensitized from the BS that Fortnite is putting its players through. My take on this is, quarantine and staying inside makes for a bad time for any game out there right now because thats all gamers are using to escape or just put all their time into, and eventually it becomes monotonous and you have the ability to see the flaws constantly for what they are. So it makes sense, I don't enjoy seeing games lose their momentum but the situation is what it is. But I'm also not going to lets creators/influencers decide what is and isn't playable anymore either. If those individuals dont wanna play, so be it lol.

You have a very good point. I play it mostly because of the friends but most of my friends aren’t playing it anymore or one playing creative which I get bored quite fast. Lately, I’ve been playing it just because of pure boredom and it hasn’t been fun. I’m giving it a break now. It’s not a bad game but maybe because of natural skill progression It isn’t the same as before either.

Dude I was having a hard time resisting to open fortnite even though I was saying every day the game is trash to the point that I was using it as a cross platform discord but as soon as I left for 1 week I didnt felt the need to open it but I still open it sometimes to talk the psycology is the less you play the more you dont have the need to play trust me dont play for 3 days and you will see that it will feel much easier to not open it the next day
Ps:I started playing apex rather then warzone which everyone apparently started it but i dont have any friends cause all my "serious" gamer friends are on warzone and the others still on fortnite
I lost the "Superfun" factor in when season six started still loved the game till season 11 everything was downhill from there.
WHAT HAPPEND TO THE OLD FORTNITE
From my personal experience I can say a lot of my friends quit because of sweats that made the game not as fun as it used to be. Back when tilted towers was in the game, all the sweats landed there and would all fight and then there would be a few sweats left who would eventually die therefore leaving non sweats and the whole match was fun. Now since we don’t have tilted or a sweaty place to drop like it, sweats land everywhere and kill all the bad players and the whole match is just boring and a ton of sweats. Fortnite also removes every fun item like bouncers and rift to gos, pumps,shockwaves,redeploy impulses, and hand cannons.

I used to be playing a fortnite so much with my friend’s but I stopped about 2 months ago sometimes I try playing it but I just can’t do it. I’ve been revisiting old games like bo2 and I just can’t get myself to play Fortnite anymore
Wish I could time travel back to season 1 where it was a fun, fresh game that had no sweats. It had no henchman, mythical and sharks. Just a chill game that anyone can enjoy.

Sure if u still enjoying the game but pros quit from how the game is broken in comp by many glitches and mythical weapons and sharks and we get stale games in pubs of 8 kids in 2nd zone so people are quiting more and more + that they haven't put content since cars have been delayed a 2nd time and nothing interesting

Honestly I thing the reason everyone’s quitting is because everyone sweats to hard like every one needs to calm there farm and play for fun not like their life’s on the line and they need more updates just everyone needs to relax

Skill based match making is half the reason the streamers are having 5 left second circle 3 kills
Once you get to a high skill level, everyone dies off spawn, streamers like sypher aren't getting action at all other than off spawn.
