Today we jump into clipons, clutch lever, hand brake, brake lines, brake bracket, rearsets, and calipers. We got a lot covered in this episode of the build. just use a syringe full of brake fluid open top bleeder and push it from the caliper bleeder ;) works every time and less stress and risk on the magura bleeder it only takes two pumps then to get pressure. perfect method for long hard to bleed lines. this bike is sick im currently doing mine cant wait

I have always enjoyed watching stunt videos, wishing I could watch in person, but never thought of trying myself, as I feel I wouldn’t look right on a sport bike at 6’0” and 320lbs!?
Just as I have always wanted the performance of a sport bike, but in a cruiser platform for the sake of not being such an awkward duck. HaHa Luckily I finally got my hands on a (1st gen) Vmax almost 5yrs ago! =D

A trick to installing grips easier is to spray the inside of them with hairspray. You'll then be able to just slide them on. The hairspray evaporates and your good to go.

This is such a stunning bike, the only thing i would change is i would make it green. But the blue is also magical. I would give my left nut to build a bike like this. But in South Africa it not easy to build something like this. So i have 2 gsr600 at home. Use the one to commute with. Other one is my old bike. So i am thinking of rebuilding the old one into a semi stunt bike. I say semi cause i wont change sprocket and add the hand brake. This bike is really stunning!! Learned so much out of this video thank you!!!!

You made that tire install look so easy. I always have an issue with the spacer and the brake bracket knocking that spacer off.
Just pick it up slightly and line em up, slides in and out pretty easy

So I have the same exact bike and I also removed that little cluster that has the turn signals and horn on it but I’m not sure what to do with the choke cable? Also since I unplugged my clutch sensor my bike will only start when it’s in neutral, not sure if there’s a way around that
I had to stop with patron but hope the 80$ still gets me a good shot at winning!

It's so easy to buy all the adapters and master cylinders for a handbrake I had to steal a frontbrake from another bike and a scooters main cylinder:D

I am need front brake lines for a clip on conversion. Did you order these online or amazon. I cant find any info on how bog of brake lines they are. I can find how long but not the actual diameter of the lines them selves. Any info is appreciated. Doing mu build week by week

Love the 03 04 636s, my dream bikes. Newer bikes are probably leagues ahead of it in terms of user friendliness and track speed, but this is a bike i was always looking at back in 2k8, but never got one for some reason. What are they go for in 2k20 and how do they feel like compared to say 2017 636?

How do you adjust your chain on those? On my dirt bikes I've always spun a wrench between the chain and sprocket then tighten it all down. Is that basically how you guys do it as well? Or do you run it a little tighter?
