You gotcha some peaceful surroundings there, brother...thanks for sharing some time with us there....yeah, My better half has been putting up with me for almost 53 years and I am thankful for every minute...Nice collection of fixed blades...not too many hours from Cincinnati, myself, buddy...we must be closer than I thought....Jim
Glad I found your channel, my friend. Enjoyed your video. Beautiful land back there. ❤️I had a Casio solar watch that I really liked except in the winter time. Wearing long sleeves didn't let it get enough light to stay charged so I would take it off from time to time to let it charge. It finally stopped charging so I got a Timex Ironman. Take care, buddy 🙂
Excellent video and thanks very much for sharing. I own the stainless version of the Garber and think it's a great knife. 👍 Take care my friend and Cheers!
I just started carving spoons and whittling about 3 years ago and I love it and always learning. I have a few knives now, but the $14 Mora was my first one and still.going strong after carving about 200 spoons.
Awesome video brother. I have the Mora Garberg as well. Definitely a sweet knife. Mine has the plastic sheath as well. Descent food prep knife too. You folks have a wonderful weekend brother. 🙏🏻🙏🏻
You and Ms.Jenny sound like me and my bride. We’ve been together for 39 years…….since high school…… thankful for her everyday, Have a great weekend Mickey, be blessed
Hello.sir, I just stumbled upon your channel and only 10 minites into the video and had to subscribe and comment. I like your style already, and we have at least a few things in common; love for our Lord, family, and country, as well as coffee and carving. I will be watching more. Marty from Minnesota.🙂
Fun video. I enjoyed that. You are right about wives. Been with mine for 44 years which is my greatest accomplishment. No argument about those knives. The value for performance is off the charts. I've modded quite a few Old Hickory knives over the years, they make meat with the best of them. Now on your coffee... which around here (PNW) is the epicenter of elitist java snobs. I doubt anyone under 35 has even seen a contraption like what you brewed your coffee in and would have about as much success running it as they would a rotary phone. I'm afraid to even ask what beans you used or how they were ground. I'm afraid if I pulled such a stunt around here I'd be excluded from polite society or worse. I got caught drinking tea once but was able to talk my way out of a ticket by claiming I was using it to stain fabric to make it look more vintage... That was close. ;^)
LOL....Thanks Mo. I actually don't remember what the beans where. I ground them myself and they were more on the course side. Yeah I agree about the younger generation not having a clue about the percolator! HAHAHA. Thanks for watching brother!
Gorgeous background brother!!! Cool video brother!!!! Can’t beat whittling and coffee!!😁 You are absolutely correct ! Those Mora knives are awesome ! Better than a lot of knives that cost 5 times more!! The Garberg is the top of the line!!!
Great video! Loved it from start to finish! And I loved hearing all the sounds of the country life!
Glad you enjoyed it!
It's a beautiful morning to be whittling, enjoying some coffee outside, and contemplating God's blessings!😃👍🏻
Yes sir. Thanks for watching!
