This is so cool! I can probably do this whole flow! Thanks man I'm just getting started on Capoeira and I haven't been feeling too confident about the whole thing, but I've been gradually increasing the load on my calisthenics workouts so I'll for sure add this. Your channel is awesome and inspiring for sure 👍 Also, I really REALLY appreciate you doing it with free videos on UA-cam in this gross age of consumerism. I'm sure it takes a lot of your time but man this stuff is great for anyone!

TraazZ I'm sure You can. As You progress with practice Your body will attune to Your need by rearranging the tissue around muscles. Each time You do a particular movement your nervous system (which governs muscles) gets better and thus your muscles work more and more efficiently. The rigid movement gains fluidity. Kicks and tricks You failed at first start to seem as natural as walking or breathing. Capoeira is beautiful my friend and it brings incredible joy and freedom of body. Extra weight dimishes in time if you pracice long sessions because fatty tissue starts to be used as a power source/ burns when you train for prolonged period of time- estimately after 10-15 minutes of workout it becomes a primary power source

Just remember to grade your efforts- train a lot of basic movements. If you attempt something complex then practice the easier parts of it first. I usually start to do the new move very slowly- if you can do the new move slowly and fluid then you are ready to perform it faster.. And faster and FASTER :D. Also do a lot of warm up. If You intend to do something that requires to put load on wrists then be sure to warm them up well. Fingers crossed for You and vamos jogar ;)

I'd be surprised if anything he does here came from something other than Capoeira. Read about some history of capoeira, very cool martial art! I've heard it was originally developed by slaves in South America around the time Europeans started colonizing the Americas because the enslaved wanted to practice fighting, but obviously slave owners don't want their slaves practicing fighting, so the people disguised it as a dance. Supposedly it was banned but they were still able to keep it alive. A fight disguised as dance. Genius!
