I found out I was HSP about a week ago, and when my counselor/therapist told me everything just clicked and it felt so nice and there was this relief and that feeling of “yes. This is it” moment. Because for so long I knew something was going on but could never put my finger on to. I always chalked it up to anxiety but I knew that my anxiety was a symptom, not the source. And then boom, HSP which causes me extreme anxiety and mood swings (leading to depression) and my OCD. I know some people don’t like labels, but I needed this one. ♥️

This is amazing. I am an empath and your videos help with the excess energy and emotions I usually absorb so I can sleep.
Some people don't like labels, but for me, the HSP label really helped me to understand myself. I feel like a little sponge who soaks up all the different vibes around me, and I never let them go, so it builds.
