A PMS relief RP
This is a video I have wanted to make for a long time and it’s been requested such a lot. So when Clue came along and asked me to mention their app in a video I thought the two could work really well together. I'm careful who to work with and I really love what they do. I have been using this myself and have found it really easy and useful, I wish this was around when I was a teenager and later when I had children. WhispersRed ASMR Hi Emma....love this, though I'm post menopausal. Diet has everything to do with mps, by the way. Avoid grains and all corn products, which includes high fructose corn syrup. It is nearly all genetically modified and loaded with glyphosate which wreaks havoc with our reproductive systems and fertility. I have 5 daughters who have all had easy cycles as long as their diets remain clean.
WhispersRed ASMR Also, learn about balancing your cycle with the moon...ovulating on full...and mensing on new...or vice versa (using progesterone cream to stretch to the 28/29th day). It's crazy that periods are the one thing that can almost always bring women who don't even know each other together. It's empowering.

Beth E I guess because we have the same thing. Pain but sympathy for each other. Girls are there for each other when they have periods. This should be more common. It makes us happy and more confident in ourselves.
Just keep in mind that not all women have periods. Trans women (obviously), as well some cis women, don't have periods. The phenomenon you're talking about can bring people together, but it can also leave people feeling excluded.
I have a 21 day cycle so...9/10 I get my period twice a month. Not a fan.

John Highwood I see where you're coming from but technically a woman's anatomy had to be manually implanted in that male and then pumped full of hormones so his body would recognize the anatomy as a part of him/ making him a her. I don't believe it's a social construct because society didn't make male and female. Nature did, down to the last and smallest of species. So science doesn't say it's social. It's biological construct. Science just found a way for men to become females and vice versa. Just because you think you should have been a woman doesn't mean you were meant to be a woman you just "think" or "believe" that the same way a Christian believes in God. Not speaking of YOU or anything just generally speaking. If you are born with the anatomy of both genders then I would have to support the idea of yeah maybe you were supposed to be a female. Nothing against transgenders of course they're beautiful people and to each his own just trying to prove a point.

I've had other period tracking apps but clue is definitely the best. I've had it for about a year now. While I already knew the science behind menstrual cycles, I love that they explain all of it! Hopefully young girls can learn from it and understand more about their own bodies.

I like Clue because it was very good for trans folk. When I used (no longer need to due to now being on hormones) to use it, it wasn’t super feminine so it didn’t make me dysphoric. I loved it.

I have been watching your channel for over a year now, maybe almost two. At this point your voice is so familiar and comforting and tingle-inducing. I think I first connected with you though because of your personality (you instinctivly felt authentic and down-to-earth). This particular idea for a video reinforces my initial instincts. Menstruation is still something most people don't talk about, and women usually do so behind closed doors. How feminine and empowering and authentic of you to make such a video and be honest about sponsorship/association with other businesses/groups. Thank you for all that you do. I’m so thankful for this video. I get severe period cramps and when that happens I turn on this video, put on my clay heating pack (the weight and heat help a little bit) and snuggle up in bed with my teddy bear (idc if I’m an adult, I love stuffed animals, they’re a wonderful comfort item) to try to sleep if I can.

I'm 42 and I see a great difference in the males of today that are "cool" and relaxed about the subject. Good and bad things come with human evolution, but it's great to talk about this with my husband & male counterparts without them either behaving 1 of the 2 old ways. In the "older days", there would be the immature, covering of the ears and banshee screaming while storming out of the room. Or, the idiotic, misogyny of days passed when a lot of guys would ask, " are you on the rag?"

I downloaded this app after seeing Emma's video so I could track my ovulation, and I got pregnant on the first try after having major issues getting pregnant with my first baby. I'm not saying the two are related, but I do believe Emma is a bit magical ;P
Lauren Carroll Did you know human females are only fertile for 2 to 5 days a month? This is because the egg is only viable around your ovulation day; if it isn't fertilized, the egg dissolves. Knowing exactly when you are ovulating is possibly the most important factor when you are trying to get pregnant :) Also, just a fun fact! Fraternal twins happen when you release two eggs during ovulation instead of one(if they are both fertilized, of course). Each egg contains a different version of your DNA, unlike identical twins, who come from the same egg that splits into two separate embryos after fertilization.
