    Would love a shadow light retrofit for the 120 :)

    Good stuff! Thanks for the info and the side by side explanation of the differences. Seriously...these live episodes are a great example what 'value added' means.

    Hello from Budapest. If possible, made a video about kapex 120 calibration. Thanks.

    Question for Festool: you have several models lines for the kapex but is there any consideration or thought for changing the orientation of the kapex handle ( similar to the Dewalt DWS 780 )? This way the customer can choose what they like?

    Thank you for the comparison. I’m struggling on what saw to purchase next. I’m a general contractor and build high end new homes. I wish I could own both… and I wish Festool would offer a 12” saw also.

    When is Indianapolis going to be the place to come for a live event? You guys are in Lebanon IN, and 86th St, store being your biggest store-why can’t we be that place?
    Good video as always!!! I own lots of Festool.

    Just curious if you’ve ever done an episode on the CMS router table, or plan to do one? Have one but I’m sure I don’t know all its features. Would love to get smarter on using it.

      probably won't happen. I just scored one yesterday myself

      @@AaronGeller yeah, thought maybe they discontinued it in the US, but checked some websites about a month ago and it’s still listed. Only thing I wish mine had is a miter slot. Have some jigs that use one. Can sort of make due with the sliding table and attached fence, but would like a miter slot too. Also, not a fan of the clear plastic feather board. Can’t use a regular feather board without a miter slot and being aluminum, can’t use a mag switch version either.

      @@chdinct6792 do you have the sliding table? You could use the portractor on that and add an auxiliary fence. There are definitely a few things I’d want differently but I feel grateful to have secured one at all.

    • @chdinct6792
      @chdinct6792 Рік тому

      @@AaronGeller Yeah, I have the sliding table and left side extension as well as the protractor. Bought it off craig's list with an OF1400 included, which I at first didn't want since I already had an OF1400 but glad I ended up negotiating it in as I just leave one attached to the CMS all the time. Would be a pain to have to mount it every time I needed to use the CMS. And, yes, I have fashioned a "feather board" to the CMS using the slider and protractor - just not as simple as having a miter slot.

    Brother, you need cardio in your life - I'm serious, running daily for the last year has transformed my work, I get 50% more done in a day despite losing 45 mins to exercise and now I no longer gasp for air like that.
