Man you are the king of misleading. Sticking that wobbly attachment in front of the drill bit instead of just putting the drill bit directly into the chuck. I get that you're using it for quick bit changes, but it's no less effort to loosen the chuck a hair to switch out a bit if steadiness is the goal.

Unfortunately the offset chuck only takes centrotec hex bits not 1/4" bits. Try finding Centrotec hex bits.

    This is excellent. Thank you.
It's very frustrating that Festool doesn't have a single page, either on the website or catalog that discusses Centrotec. Feel free to point me to it if I've missed it. Why don't they discuss it as a separate product, which it is?

Thanks for another great Festool Live. To Festool IT has anyone suggested giving Minnie (hopefully spelled right) a large tv so she can enter all names via a computer rather than hand writing them all down by hand? Would make it easier to read and save her and others having to write hundreds of names every live stream.

great countersink inner bits, but unfortunately it does mark! (even in this video). I would suggest a rubber outer ring or something that is more forgiving on a delicate surface.

The centrotec h system should really have been one of the first videos you did. It’s stupid expensive but works sooo well.

I don’t think the Zobo bits will come out again because the ones Festool currently sells are different.

Got the Zobo's a couple of years ago in metric and imperial when 1$AUD = 1$USD. Great Forstners

I love the idea of this but at the moment it is a failed system. Bits are too expensive and too difficult to find. Let’s say I want a 1/16 pilot hole… where is the bit for that? Festool should be offering a flood of really great, affordable bits and make them cross compatible with standard 1/4 hex adapters. Get everyone buying these bits which will start to drive sales on the drills. Also it would be so nice to be able to share bits between my Tid and tpc.

Why would someone put a bit holder in a chuck to then put a hex drill bit inside 😵‍💫 that's really 🍎 to 🍐

Only reason I have one? For the Parf guide system and reamer…it stays with that kit. Other than that? IDK.
