I feel like the Octapad is better for the bedroom drummer who needs space and wants to use something like EZ Drummer and the Pro is for someone like a wedding DJ who wants to add extra flair into the party experience.

Octopad was released in 2010. SPD SX PRO was relased last year? Your should make this video with the older SPD SX.

Spd-sx pro pads are tiny and should have been the same as the Octapad.

Everything is better on the SX Pro except the screen placement. I want to have extra pads under it for rim shots, etc and it places it too far away.
