I just ordered and drank Amul Protein Rose Lassi. Though the Rose flavour is somewhat artificial, I really loved it. It’s not too sweet and somewhat sour aftertaste. I would give 6.5/ 10 in taste. I ordered the Amul Protein Buttermilk and it was literally GARBAGE in taste like milk kept overnight in rusted iron bowl. The metallic aftertaste was so bad that I had to drink it closing my nostrils and drink water immediately over it to remove aftertaste from my mouth. I threw the remaining pack in dustbin also it was so thick that had to scoop out in a glass first. The Rose Lassi is 100 times better , it’s just like any other lassi with flavour but with protein. I sipped it with the straw and it’s not thick. Blueberry shake is too expensive…you can get a concentrate at that price with 24 G protein. I will definitely try blueberry shake after the rose flavour. I would advise it to drink after chilled in refrigerator. They should provide smaller packs to try the flavour, 30 box is a gamble if flavour is bad. They had to cut cost so the flavour of rose is somewhat artificial but it’s good. 10/10 recommended 👍🏻

See i was habitual of amul high protein buttermilk so its far better than that , and my experience after using 100+ tetra pack of it that it taste is very good
If it was me, i would firstly go with the unflavoured one(buttermilk) than go for experiencing the flavoured one.(just a few packs) Actually even in whey proteins i used to go with the unflavoured ones.

All questions are good and valid will try to answer 1) i would like to go with protein buttermilk since you have the flexibility to add any flavor or mix it with anything like rice and Dal 2) since it contains artificial sweeteners i would personally not use on a regular basis 3) you can take more then three scoops also but going by the same principle i would recommend unflavored whey protein 4) Safest combination would be 2 to 3 scoops of whey along with 1 to 2 serving of protein buttermilk for long term usage 5) I checked now and yes the total calories is incorrect thank you for pointing out it seems they all together missed the fat calories
I had orderd high protein buttermilk in August 2022 from amul's official website. Still didn't receive product nor refund. Their customer care is 3rd class.
I also faced issue last month. I ordered whey protein. Amount deducted but there was error in website and no order was placed. I mailed care team. They asked me for payment receipt and next day returned me. I was not expecting them to return. I thought they will keep giving excuses.
What I observed was when I ordered their products using phone. It failed. But when used tablet or laptop. No problem in orders. So anyone who face payment issues avoid using phones..

It is less calories at affordable price but less thick than previous mango flavour lassi that have 150 calories. I think company should introduce unflavoured natural lassi like curd.

These two are different things dear milk solids primarily refer to milk powder and it also has some quantity of protein depending on grade I.e. 10% 20% and so on

Unflavoured buttermilk is more versatile you can mix it with anything you like for e.g. With dal rice you can have it with fruits of your choice whereas rose lassi has it own taste thus yiu may not be able to use with every thing

Definitely Rose Lassi! That Buttermilk is horrible. I had to throw half of 30 pack in dustbin just because of horrible taste. Don’t waste money on buttermilk. You wouldn’t even drink the second tetrapack. It’s not like a trial pack that you buy, it comes in 30 pack. Blueberry shake is better but it’s almost double in price too. Go with rose lassi atleast it’s drinkable.

50 ka 150 gram paneer milaga, protein will same as two tetra pack of rose lassi but paneer will give you 450-500 calories, whereas rose lassi will only have 107 calories per pack.
