These are very helpful, it's good to hear what these studies are suppose to sound like. You make it sound like music.

she is so good!!!
Thanks!
Getting some harmonics at 0:11 and 0:30. Breathing through throat and not diaphragm.
Thank you very much for making these recordings. You inspire me to make these studies sound like music instead of just mechanically playing through them every day. Your interpretations of the studies are very refreshing!
My favorite etude at the moment is #3 from Joachim Anderson's "24 Etudes, op. 15 for Flute." However, I'm having the same trouble with playing these etudes with musicality. I've found one recording of all 24 etudes and the flutist just seems to play them robotically. You wouldn't happen to have the time to make videos of these etudes, would you? I know that's asking you to do a tremendous amount of work, so please disregard this if my request is asking for far too much. (I'm fairly certain it is.) It's just I've only been able to find videos of flutists playing the third etude with any sort of emotion. Maybe the other 23 etudes just aren't as popular? I'm not sure.
Please disregard my request for you to perform all 24 of those etudes. That is *really* asking for far too much.
Thanks again for playing all of Gariboldi's studies. You're such a tremendous help! :-)
No worries, I am planning on doing the andersen as they are the most popular. One day! ;)
I am using the 30 progressive and easy studies by Gariboldi at the moment, do you have any clips that I could use for reference?
No, but is that the one from imslp? or which edition exactly? will look into it and make a bunch. Do you know the opus number of the book?
The Flute Channel I wanted to post a picture of the book but don’t seem to be able to...so I have the ISMN number: 979 0 080 08007 8 I don’t know whether this helps? Thank you for your prompt and helpful response
Sorry for that, soon yoll actually be able to post pictures in the new community tab here on youtube on our channel. is the first piece in the book start with Largo Non Troppo?
The Flute Channel Yes, largo non troppo. Apparently Giulio Gariboldi, not Giuseppe.
Yes, Largo non Troppo is the first track and I also noticed that it is by Giulio Gariboldi not Giuseppe.
This is for what Abrsm grade to play?
maybe grade 3 or 4.
I want you to blow No. 6 on the book
I like your flute
I want you to refer to me
I am Japanese
I'm sorry for poor English
