Honestly, you can track Justin's (lead man for Blue October) mental health journey throughout all of his albums. I recommend starting at the beginning! And his Christian-y touch is from his working through his 12 steps.
Hey guys just now saw this. No its not christian music. This band started in 1995 and their music cant be put into a genre.you may have heard an older song by them called HATE ME. Their music has changed thoughout the years. Im so gkad yall liked it!!! Yes its a whole band. They actually have spin off projects too. One is a band called Harvard of the South. In the violinist has The Meeting Place. The bass guitar has Icarus Bell. Thank you 2 so much fir checkimg it out.

He has been sober for many years now. Justin writes songs about his life before and after his addictions. Everything he writes has pure TRUTH!
He is a christian but he doesnt write Christian music. Some of his older songs actually talk about not believing in God. All of their music is fantastic. Listen to the Worry List, I Hope Youre Happy, Home, or Hate Me. Best band ever!

Blue October is not a Christian band, but they definitely incorporate spirituality into their music. This is a bit later in their career, and the singer we've through some very far times. Earlier sounds were angry and hyper emotional. Very relatable stuff. I think you guys would really like more of their stuff.

Quick fun fact when they shit this video the waves were inexpected because of an earthquake somewhere that morning. But it pushed those waves in perfectly. Hey Adam i completely undersatnd you.
