This incarnation of Sam was terrible. Eastenders was in the absolute pits at this point and seemed to loved destroying good characters. Terrible scriptwriters

I couldn’t imagine Kim Medcalf’s Sam saying those horrible things to Peggy. Danniella gave the character another personality.
