They were actually supposed to have a short relationship in the show and even a kiss scene but it was removed because of the time the show was out. Buffy is actually bi in the comics and even had a romantic relationship with another vampire hunter. I also wish they had show faiths redemption arc that’s in the comics. Angel helps her become a good person and faith looks to him as a father figure. They even become a team and fight evil together.
@@circle8189 if I remember right they had a very little episode between them where he helped her but it’s nothing like in the comics. They grow very close and he learns about her parents which explains a lot about why Faith was like that in Buffy but they travel together taking down evil. Angel becomes extremely protective of faith. It’s more detailed compared to the shows. Honestly I wish they had given more episodes on faith and Angel instead of keeping her as a side character in the shows.

Interesting breakdown he did; and chemically; a female psychopath/sociopath is a rarity- they're *way* more likely to be empaths, due to where that trait is placed: it's attached to the x-chromosome and works like a gramatical or mathematical negative: two of that trait and no matter what you're dealing with an empath: no way will the lady who's got two of that gene be unsensitive to the feelings of others; nor likely her own. Faith in the show is pretty clearly dealing with antisocial personality disorder; yet a LOT of what she does is a form of running away or trying to build a resistance: trying to connect overall, if profoundly ineptly or wickedly done at that... come to think of it: that's why a LOT of such people make such dumb decisions: they're trying to run away from it and build a resistance base; foolish idiots the lot of them: the monster is *within us* to the point that *we are the predator we fear so much*... what is NEEDED is self-control, self-mastery and simple common sense. Bizarrely; such a person will tend to comprehend that charity in its basic form is NOT a feeling nor any emotion, it is a conscious choice to serve one's neighbor- simple as that... and that's a way more deep and profound form than mere emotional connection, but we really do NOT even sense our own feelings, let alone others', so of course we're seen as "callous"- an accurate diagnosis mind you!
