It is extremely educational, altough I really think the final result is extremely out of scale. Just look at the size of those chairs in comparison to the countertop.
I know, but the scale is relatively as I did not know the exact dimension, I made it by experience. And this tut is just a basic guide showing you the easiest way to do it. Scale is not really a matter here. Hope it can help you out.

right from the beginning I knew this wouldnt turn out correctly. u didnt estimate the size of the first coloumn correctly in height and width ... so in the end your furniture look way too big for that room.

I need help. I followed your instructions by setting alpha mode to compositing but my walls & floors with shadowcatcher mtl dont render completely black like yours. Its still visible just dim. How do I correct this?
Thanks bro But its not virtual staging,it is about how to create virtual tour which require full scene setup from beginning,but in virtual staging we put object in it.
