Thanks for all these videos. I want to ask how do we add reflection of the furniture to the floor during staging. And how do add sunlight rays to cast on the furniture inside the rooms. Thanks Nicolas.
Hi George, I've been watching your videos lately and it helped me alot in doing virtual staging. Recently I encountered a problem with the model which is emitting some sort of light underneath it instead of casting shadows on a wood flooring. Have you encountered this before? I would appreciate if you could help. Edit: it is only happening on wood floor images.
Hi thanks. You can fix the issue when you [put] the entire material into rayswitch material and for the GI you can add grey or close to black but not full black. This will fix the issue.
@@GeorgeNicola thanks for the response, I'll try it out, I've been working on these images LITERALLY for 24hours now only to find out after renders that my models didn't cast shadow properly. People like you are one of the reasons youtube is still gold. EDIT: by the way I figured that when the said materials underneath is reflecting wood the materials cast lighting I just don't know the fix. I'll try your tip

Depends but the space like this where the photo is not great It can take up to 2 hours.

Geroge, I like the video, but you lost the room. It looks more like your selling furniture and not the room. It appears too busy. That is my opinion.
Thanks Joshua, that's correct. The design can be improve, but in this particular case, it was a client's request hence the end result.
