If you meant to ask how Erik is helping me with his videos, it's helping me to look realistic at the amounts of food I am consuming (if I eat two cookies, I think I have Binge eating disoder, what obviously isn't the case and I'm serious undereating even though my head says that I am overeating). It gives me a healthy look at fitness and it's helping me with seeing that you won't gain weight form a few calories more and if you do, that it isn't a big deal. And if Erik is able to do this even though he had anorexia, I can do it to right? If you ask how I am recovering, forced impatient and with a lot of strength, ups and downs and above that all, with much love form my friends and family.
