- The Kundalini can be awakened by the touch of a Guru. By the touch at the mooladhara chakra the guru can raise the kundalini or life force to the agna chakra effortlessly. Once the Kundalini is raised, the job of the aspirant is to practice the kundalini yofa twice a day for 20 minutes each. If the meditation is consistently practice for 4- 5 days, the vibrations can be felt between the eyebrows. For some people, the energy can be felt as slight heaviness in the head, otherwise it is a very pleasant experience. By bringing the lifeforce particles back into your system and retaining them, you will feel a heightened energy levels and that spiritual energy can be felt at the forehead. You will need to be in touch with the Guru who initiated you, to learn to bring the kundalini back to the mooladhara chakra or the shanthi meditation. It can awaken even without a guru’s touch. It can be caused by some big life setback or loss which makes our ego hugely shattered and opens our mind to higher consciousness. From my experience, it is a very painful process at first, when you go through the dark night of the soul. As our ego starts to shatter, we feel this deep disconnection and feeling of being lost and hopeless. We feel detached. I agree that a guru helps, but sometimes without a guru, even without our control, it can happen to us. And to set ourselves on the spiritual progress, we need a guide or guru.

It can awaken but simple opening up is not the final destination. There are many stages of awakening. One has to go through all of them. Then a Guru or guide is required. Also not all are fit for awakening. Not all can become mystics. It's a bitter truth.

I might have awakened this on my own without intending. But by the Grace of the Divine I stumbled across the shanti mantra shortly after and began meditating with it. This explains what’s been going on with my forehead. Thank you!

Literally happened to me tonight meditating on binaural beat frequencies I needed …and now it’s awakened big time all over…including forehead, cheeks vibrating a lot, ears vibrating energy new slight sound and pressure …felt like lightening love healing light generously yet fiercely flowing and pulsating throughout until calm down later after stopping music …it’s there now! Kundalini was a nonexistent to me. NEVER heard of it.
Full Disclosure: I’ve been a practicing Christian ( or so I thought)for over 20 years. I put my faith into it and believed. It was hard to walk the path i had faith in, this was what I wanted but struggled to understand it. Where was the connection? I was blind and ignorant
One day while splitting wood and centered in my heart, I asked God to show me this deep relationship that i read about. Open my eyes. Im yours put me where you will and teach me personally so that I can firmly plant my spirit on solid foundation having faith unshakable.
When I asked for this I whole heartedly meant it, no ulterior motives. My life was not in shambles, zero devastation.
The awakening was immediate, real and the Love was and continues to be what no words can give. Intensive spiritual and physical fire and flames!
I pulled my weeds as they were revealed and continued to grow.
A couple months later I began getting movement up my back. Constantly. My husband said my muscles looked like they were flipping. A knot formed on my left shoulder blade neck area. The pain was relentless. Went to doctor for the back muscles that were flipping and he said impossible. Chiropractor was unsuccessful with my knot. My jaw would lock and my throat felt like it was being crushed. My ears heard unknown sounds and the right one literally closed.
Vibrating through out my entire body was happening more time’s than not.
What was happening to me? People thought i was losing my mind i was so afraid but would not accept that.
I was desperate for understanding and to be believed. I could literally sleep for 3 days straight. My body deteriorated and was going to die.
I continued my work and stayed in my heart I began recognizing when my flesh was trying to lead began learning to walk away from energy wasters . NoThing was worthy of love.. rapid healing. Came across Kundalini awakening. Quickly became aware of the fact that my community warned against this.
They’re also waiting for a third temple to be built...
I pray they wake up open there eyes and find what is right in front of them. Amazing and so easy now. I go to the temple and talk with The Author of Creation when ever I want. I cant stand having to ever leave to deal with empty matters.
My awakening was spontaneous, it hit me like a train that I never saw coming.
After awakening, now I can go out of my body at will. First I feared, but now I can travel anywhere in seconds . I can even travel to moon. Very interesting, now I have become compassionate. I started loving animals, poor people, and everything in this world

I believe I had a Kundalini awakening about 20 years ago and today whenever I sit down and just think about it my body wants to swirl again. During that time, I was doing hours of meditation each day and just shortly after that I began to have all these swirls when meditating. The swirls would get bigger and bigger and it looked as though I was possessed. Then one night when I was about to sleep, I see bright lights exploding in my head. Each time I felt drowsy and was about to sleep, the light exploded again and for a few nights I wasn't able to sleep. At the same time, my heart felt warm and "alive" and on one night the feeling of love was so intense I was almost paralysed with ecstasy. The feeling was totally out of this world. It was like being in love a million times and the object of your love was inside you. The feeling was so complete and it is something not of this earth. It all ended when I told the God to let me sleep because I became so tired after several days. I think it is still awaken after all these years but I did not know what to do with this. I am not sure if it is a good idea to open my third eye and whether this is a natural progression for me or whether this is desirable. What do you think I should do? Your comments would be much appreciated. Love.

@@dianeprince1684 That led me down the rabbit hole in search of the answer. I told myself, "If this came from inside me, then the only true answer would be to learn about it myself." I decided to totally delete what I have been taught about spiritulaity and to cease all outside influences, starting from scratch. These were almost thirty years of painful events and also numerous numbers of elation at the same time. It was a very profound alteration of my ideas about God, Evil, Fear, Duality, Goodness and Omnipresence. I dare say today that I have the answer but that I am also still working towards that final Oneness.

I opened by being lead to the Bagavad Gita and Upanishads and i was inspired to seek the Vedas. I thought I was just finding Tranquility and peace and then the world just opened and my eyes saw concepts i did not know but were beautiful and my emotions seek to be tempered and my mind and body speak to the truths of God and I live in purpose, not knowing exactly what that is but seeking furvently to meet the ideal self. Very informative video! I hope people are just experiencing this awakening and nothing else! I have experience this along with a spitural awakening!. No instuctor, no one to guide me, I'm literally in my own!! I have experience soo much in these past few months that if I said 10% of my experiences you guys would think I was crazy. I'm totally aware and awake of my surroundings, yes everything is unbelievably easy as he says but this is all I have to go on! I'm not afraid of anything that comes my way I'm a warrior!! I fear none and everything loves me!! Now I must meditate, feel my energy.. Oh and it goes beyond meditation cause I feel my head and face buzzing all day.. Actually my strength as gone up like crazy! I'm like 4times stronger!! But yeah no trainer or spiritual guru to help me besides... This isn't a cry for help. Yeah this happened to me late 2015 unexpectedly and profoundly. I had no idea at first what was happening until I did research. I saw auras around everything, spirits, felt light differently, clairvoyance, a sense of awareness and on and on...it freaked me out at first because before this I was so asleep as my outer self. Now everyday I'm spending 2 hrs learning everything I can and it's amazing.

The only reason this subject is so interesting to me is because I have actually felt what I was assume was the awakening of the kundalini within me. One night while listening to a video that was to align and heal chakras I had this incredibly intense feeling. It LITERALLY felt as if there was a huge, thick snake coiling up my spine. Like it felt physically there inside me taking up space. I was able to feel and follow it coiling up my spine all the way to the base of my skull. This is why I believe there's actually something to this whole thing and I'm determined to experience it further

I'm facing kundali awekening process right this time.. My life has faced drastic changes and so is my-inner being.. I am seeing these type of videos as my recommendations out of nowhere...almost all the signs and sympotoms are resonated with me...people might tell it's terrifying or whatsoever... I have heard it's better to awaken it by yourself, but also your 7 chakras has to become stable first or else there is negative side effects, so focus in meditation that would make your 7 chakras stable.
Words cannot describe my experience since I believe my kundalini was activated. I’m not even sure what a full on activation is. All I know is, a series of trauma, near death experiences, prolonged experiences of victimhood, chaos, helplessness, an extremely demonic abusive relationship, loss of all material belongings, constant fear, dmt journey, and then followed by miraculous healing and crown opening and twin flame meeting and the most clarity and empowerment I’ve ever felt, all occurred after this initial activation.
Now I’m in the dark night of the soul. I’m afraid to move energy. I’m afraid of the kundalini. I just want to sleep all the time. Nothing makes sense anymore. I’m lost. I’m 28 years old. I need help.

I had an accident and where given ketamin by the ambulance crew. I tripped intensely , first I saw images of my pregnant wife flashing rapidly in my head. Then pictures of my unborn baby, but she was about three or four years old. I felt an overwhelming feeling of love towards them, put everything in perspective for me. Then it was just like a layer of clothing was peeled off my body, then another layer of skin and so on all my muscles and intestines , so my bones and then finally just my soul was left. I was then sure that I was dead. Not so bad to be dead I thought, I only hoped that it was not going to be hard for my wife to live without me. I asked the ambulance driver if i was dead and he said no! You're alive. I replied : hmmm,,? are you sure? -Yes I'm positive he said. I felt awake the hole time and totally aware of my situation

I believe this happened to me from attending Dr. Joe Dispenza Advanced workshop and doing meditations for a few days in a row at home. Felt heat in root chakra.
I was at the edge of kundalini awakening but I stopped it. My inner soul told me I have a lot of responsibility toward families. It is good for the people who left their families and became yogis. I felt a lot of changes in my body and mind. I become silent water without ripples even if you throw stones in it. My anger, ego, jealousy and fear disappeared. It took me more years to become normal for a working society. I didn't like the feeling
Look into shamanism and it's actual intentions across every culture around the world. There is also a ted talk on it if you're an interested yung boomer such as my self. I really feel this is for the people who have been to any absolute any utter hell they can possibly perceive- that being said I wouldn't do Kundali without some sort of guidance from someone who knows what is happening to ground us back in reality. When you reach that higher consciousness you are essentially transferring whatever you call "you" into a higher place, and in essence you understand how much more there really is. You are supposed to embrace it, and apply it to your life. You decide what to do with it and where to direct that energy. It's all scary at first, but my introduction to absolute shattering of my reality came from huffing can after can of air duster. All I'm saying is I'm here to say is I've been there and now I'm back. I have two boys that I will happily die any day for, and it isn't a martyr based sacrifice like it was when I feared death, now it's purely to ensure they know they are loved knowing that we absolutely meet at that same place you didn't dislike the feeling of. At the time what I thought was a drug psychosis taught me how to accept that "looseness" and make it your reality. Anything can be and IS normal. Guidance is everything.

A spiritual experience is one thing, the theological framework that we use to contextualize it is quite another. The core of all spiritual epistemology is a kind of 'cleansing', in Christianity from sin, in Buddhism and Hinduism from karma/impressions. This cleansing should make sure that we learn to discern real knowledge and insight from those forces within that can hinder the inquiry (karma, sin, desires, bias, etc.). By being free of those, we know that the knowledge and insight we gained isn't informed by our biases, wishful thinking, intellectualization, etc.
Sometimes, experience and context happen at the same time, that is the gained insight IS part of the experience, not a posthoc rationalization. The insight/knowledge is usually non-verbal, non-visual, just a whole lot of information contained in one second, which takes a second to understand and sink in, but a long time to explain and put into words. That kind of knowledge transcends known epistemology, and it is by nature something that cannot be known unless by Grace, as a kind of revelation, a gift that cannot be grasped by the usual trajectory of human inquiry (bottom to top) but only by enlightenment, from above, as a gift of Grace (Grace exclusively descends, so the trajectory of that information is always top-to-bottom). I had this experience, and the insight was clear: Man is not God. Man cannot embody God.
The human body cannot do this, it wasn't made to do this, this would absolutely, 100% kill it. There was one, and only one body that could embody God, and that is the body of Christ, the son of God. Our bodies cannot do this. The body of Christ is a metaphysical mystery, one of a kind, it is the only body that can contain within itself infinity, eternity. Every other body would be killed. We as humans, bound by flesh, come to infinity only through Christ, whom God made only so that this communion between man and God would be metaphysically possible so that we can commune with God in flesh, while the body of Christ, still a body, still in Heaven, can soak the impact of the clash between the physical, bound man and the uncreated, boundless, Father. God isn't a force, it's not 'all that is, it's not some form of energy, He is A PERSON. Think of it as - infinity as a PERSON. This is how He introduced himself to me, this is how I know Him.
If you are really interested in psychonautics - read the early church fathers, far superior psychonauts, and theological minds than any Buddhist and Hindu monks. The Orthodox theology is so deeply seeped in mysticism, in my opinion much more mature. Surrender and opening up are very important and vulnerable movements of the soul, and if you do it in an unsafe environment it is very dangerous. I know that now.
My body made me fast against my will for 5 days. I activated kundalini and my entire life is changed. It was given to me. It was sent.

Kundalini is divine energy, no one should try to awaken it, before preparing for years,
otherwise it will not give fruit. Moral obligations, exercises, breathing practices, above all your ultimate goal should be the kundalini. Meat eating, anger, lust all should be abondoned before trying, senses and the mind should be under your control.

Kundalini awakening shouldn't be an experiment and on drugs. This is not a drug thing. It is a process. There should be a degree of awakening before embarking on this journey. It can not be reversed and all it does is clean you inside, the part you forget to clean every day but spend endless hours in front of the mirror. Depending on the amount of rubbish you have inside and we all do and the amount of awakening and your overall mind/body state it will be reflected in the cleansing process. It can be a very painful process due to experimental dabbing by someone who has no preparation and in a poor physical/mental state and to top it off with drugs, it is not a wise decision. It brings up every block, every pain, every judgment, every guilt, everything for resolve and if you don't have awakening of some sort it can throw you out the window. Everything is coming up and you don't have the tools nor are you capable of dealing with this stuff that is rising and you didn't in the first place hence you have so much rubbish. WE ALL DO! IT IS NOT YOUR FAULT OR ANYONES! It just is. Awakening is not merely reading books and understanding the message, ego, one, etc. One needs to realize it. Realizing is when you smash the mirror and look inside. When you realize that all your pain is the false little instrument called ego that you gave authority and false truths because you were in pain, usually at a developmental stage in your life. IT is not your fault and noones. Blame ADAM and EVE if you must. Not your parents, not your society, not their society and when you go back far enough and realize, no one is to blame, it just is, you start forgiving yourself. With that you forgive others and a whole chain reaction happens in a few days. The whole world shatters. Everything you believed turns out to be a lie. This whole society as we know it. This is when you are probably ready to embark on Kundalini as you will know the truth and just let it do what it does on its own. Clean memory by memory, belief by belief, it will ignite you, it will heal you, it will make you so big inside that nothing will ever be seen as impossible. And all it will take is to realize that one truth. Love! No fear emotion can ever exist but the process will take time and it will depend on how long you cling to the rubbish. This clinging is pain. RAW pain. If you are not awakened or have an instructor or firm belief in what is it that Kundalini does, doing this on your own can trap you in decade or more of pain. RAW pain as you havent got the right tools to deal with all sorts of rubbish you accumulated. Doctor will most likely prescribe all sorts of junk to numb you up but that won't help either that much. Functional to a degree but not living. Dark night becomes very dark and very long because you will most probably dismiss it as a Kundalini as you only wanted to satisfy your curiosity or were after quick fix. But don't worry sooner or later, maybe 20 years, after you ignited the divine mother, she will do the job as that is her purpose to change us for better to ensure our survival to heal us. FAMILIARISE YOURSELF WITH THE CONCEPT, DO SOME PREPARATION ON PHYSICAL/MENTAL HEALTH, CONTACT A TEACHER BUT KUNDALINI WILL PROVIDE ONE, EXCEPT YOU WONT KNOW BY THEN, FORM A SOLID KNOWLEDGE OF THE EGO AND HAVE AT LEAST A SOLID BELIEF IN WHAT YOU ARE TRYING TO ACHIEVE. SOONER OR LATER YOU WILL GET THERE EXCEPT IT CAN TAKE FEW YEARS IN RELATIVE JOY OR IT CAN TAKE 10+ IN AGONY UNLESS OF COURSE IT BECOMES TOO MUCH SHOULD YOU NOT TAKE ADVICE. GOD BLESS YOU ALL. I unintentionally raised it. It was a vivd, physical experience that shocked me and I can describe exactly what happened even though it was a long time ago. It only happened once. My experience was nothing like he is talking about. My experience was nothing at all like every comment I have read in this post. The comments are very vague descriptions. My experience was crystal clear.
I awakened mine by myself and my head felt like it was bursting. I had to bring the energy down to save me from burning up so I'm glad that's what's meant to be done anyway. my back is hurting alot though. my neck too. I hope I can stabilise it soon.

I opened my Kundalini at the age of 49. At the time I was investigating into Jesus, praying, repenting and all that. I thought it was the baptism with the Holy Spirit. Then later I started investigating into what is this evil Kundalini spirit Christianity talks about and realized that there is nothing evil about it. It is the same spiritual awakening that is called the Holy Spirit in Christianity and Kundalini in Hindu and just spiritual awakening in Buddhism, it’s the same Devine energy we tap into when we seek the love of the Devine. Prayer is like a meditation, repenting is like releasing the negativity. The Bible verse “narrow is the way” means that the only way to God is through love!

If you experienced this while praying to Jesus and repenting and came to the conclusion that it is the holy spirit, why would you end up following a Hindu faith with hundreds of thousands of Gods, all of which ask you to appease them in some way and many of which are vengeful?You quoted the verse correctly, narrow is the way, but you quoted it it out of context and incompletely. While there are many parts of the Bible that may seem unclear and require digging to truly understand the part of you referring to could not be more clear. The Holy Spirit does give us peace, joy, all of the fruits of the spirit and it may be experienced in a physical sense like you described, it’s very possible. But the idea of the kundalini awakening, while I am very interested and intrigued by it, makes me wary because words have meaning and historically symbols seem to have some universal meanings. The term kundalini means snake. We all know that Satan was referred to as the snake in the garden, but research the symbolism of the snake in other faiths throughout history, it is always malevolent, it is a deceiver. This is especially scary at the point in history where we now stand, we all seem to be holding our breath and waiting for the next big cataclysmic event to occur, The Bible describes these times as the end times and speaks specifically about a strong delusion that will enter the world and make it harder and harder for people to find that narrow way to heaven, that narrow way being salvation through Jesus. The serpent will work hard to deceive people and draw them away from salvation through Jesus. I am very fearful that this kundalini awakening and the fact that it is happening so much more frequently may be part of the great delusion the Bible speaks of. God created the physical laws of this world to serve as metaphors or analogies to the spiritual world. For instance, you can choose to follow any route on a map, but not every route is going to take you to the same destination. Believing that would be irrational, it’s the same with Faith, there are many to choose from and follow, but only the narrow way that Jesus provides is going to get us to eternal life in heaven when this physical life ends. Please pray for discernment. I will pray for you. Please consider the possibility that this kundalininspirit does not have your best interest as its motive. Jesus promises to give wisdom to those who ask, please ask and seek Him. He literally died for you and He didn’t ask anything from us in return, He did it out of unconditional love for every single one of us whether we missed the bullseye of perfect holiness by 1 cm or by 1 million miles (and there is NO ONE who hasn’t missed that bullseye ) the degree of our sin is IRRELEVANT! He died and defeated ALL sin, all we have to do now is believe that Jesus is God’s Son and that He did do this for us - for YOU. Admit you missed the bullseye of perfect holiness (it doesn’t matter by how much!), tell Him u r sorry, and thank Him for dying so that you can live eternally in heaven with him when this earthly life ends. Because the truth is that all of us are going to live somewhere for eternity, it will either be in heaven with Jesus, God, or in eternal torment guilt and regret (and isolated, not partying with our earthly friends who also go to hell) which is what the great deceiver wants. The serpent wants to be like God, he hates God and he hates us because God made us in His (God’s) image and loves us so much that he sent his only son, Jesus, to die for us to save us from hell. The deceiver disguises himself as an “angel of light” and knows how to appeal to our greatest desires, weaknesses, and fears. The deceiver always tries to imitate Jesus, the true God, who is the true “light” of the world. Please consider the possibility that this kundalini spirit, which is symbolized by the serpent, may be a deceiving spirit. Jesus is the way, the truth, the life. Seek him. Ask him. He loves you. He died for you.

And when the Kundalini awakens without the physical presence of the Guru, the Ego in Mind thinks "I am Great, I do not have guru", "I did it by myself", etc, etc. Then time passes and one's consciousness sinks from that high state of mind brought by the flow of the Kundalini-Shakti and One feels desolate and little, angry and lost. Then the Guru allows its presence to be known by the conscious mind of the disciple and the disciple realizes, the ego had tricked him into believing, the disciple had no Guru. Then all feeling of loneliness disappear and peace enters one heart again. In the end it was all a test from the Guru, and one of his lilas. It happened to me, this is direct experience. I know now am never alone in the road, and the ego plays tricks all the time. Great video, many so called Gurus today and they only make speeches, none talk about this "touch" probably to avoid someone asking for it and bluntly blowing their cover.

I have noticed that everyone has a different experience with this. Mine happened by accident and I had no clue what it was. It happened in 2004 or 2005. I fell asleep on my couch because I was exhausted coming home late from work and I felt like tiny hands on my lower back and the top of my spine or back of neck rather. I felt like it was trying to push me to wake up. First it pushed in those 2 areas lightly and then the second time it pushed a little harder and I suddenly felt like those areas in which it touched was on fire inside. There was a rush of fire starting from the base of my back all the way up my spine and flowed into the top of my head and then rushed down the front of my body from head to toe and back again. This left me with an intense headache and I've always had back pains and my entire being was one fire inside. This scared the hell out of me lol!! After I popped an aspirin, I had the best sleep ever though lol. The type of person I've always been is spiritual. Always felt like I'm one with God(Most High). This year is the first time that I've actually heard a name attached to what I experienced and I had lots of positive things happen after this happened to me. I need guidance because a lot of great things have been happening with me spiritually over the years and I need more innerstanding of these things to understand why it happened and how does it align with my destiny and if I need to strengthen certain things, etc.. According to Pampatti siddhar kundalini energy can do amazing things, one who can raise the kundalini slowly through the chakras with proper handling would have control over elements like fire, water, air. At higher chakras one can travel to other worlds with their astral body, also able to taste the nectar which can make the body immortal. At last by keeping the divine energy at sahasrara, and meditating the soul and the jothi would merge together, giving the sadaha samadhi and then mukthi, which is infinite bliss beyond words.

I had that experience recently. I had a bug bite on my tailbone. I was poking it with my fingernail so that I would not itch it. I felt electricity go up all over my back and then shoot down my legs. It was amazing.
Is there any physical manifestation which you can show for an outsider to see?? for example levitation, reporting an incident that is happening which you cannot see etc.

My Kundalini burst open four years ago, then one year ago I received Unity Consciousness. I was not actively working towards either, although in the months leading up to the conscsiousness ascenion I was focusing on releasing judgment and staying in the present moment. I guess my point is that I never knew I was on a trajectory for these things to happen, and yet they happened. Trust your path, treat people well and amazing things can and will happen. Peace!

Hlo guys, i've been meditating for about 2/3 mnths and today i suddenly felt sth totally strange.
While meditating, i dnt know what it was but felt like sth was brusting at the bottom of my spine and was rising up through my spine. My heart beat rised up and for a while i was scared. It lasted for about 2/3 mins(approx.)
I just wanted to share this to all which i had never experienced and by the way, my hands are still shaking because of that experience.

I used to get dizzy as well and would feel a surge of energy near my head.. I looked it up and it was called "vertigo". This led to a lot of interesting spirtual experiences including kundalini. If I were u I wouldn't taken the tablets because you are preventing your body's natural process of awakening. And the circling twirl on ur forehead is ur third eye awakening. Try doing more their eye meditations

Santosh Kumar It only happens to me sometimes but every time it does I let the process occur and I make sure I'm resting a lot that day and am drinking A LOT of water (like a gallon). I also pray and meditate so that the energy that is being blocked within me can be released and allow my body to vibrate freely (I don't force or try to control anything I just let my body respond the way it wants to). And for you I really recommend third eye meditations (look up guided meditations on UA-cam) since your third eye is trying to open up! And don't stress out, you're on the right path to awakening, just keep pursuing it and don't be scared! Also, I don't think you need medication, I think you just need meditation!! Hope this kinda helps :)
You're only getting dizzy because you have a lot of energy being sent to your head (which is allowing your third eye to open) but you have to release that energy somehow that's why I keep saying do guided meditations for third eye. And yes, my problem did get better :)

From that day till now this life force has completely broken my manomaya kosh or manomaya deha. Today I am 65 years and my problem is this life is growing tremendously beyond my control.
