So inside of your pineal gland (or third eye) are crystals which are piezoelectric (which means that when mechanical force is applied to compress these crystals together an electromagnetic field is released from these crystals) Now if that is the case then how do we compress or squeeze together these crystals to produce this orgasmic & spiritual experience? To do this we are going to tighten our core and use our breath to move our spinal fluid right to the base of our pineal gland and hold it there. In a resting state, a healthy person’s spinal fluid bypasses the brain two complete cycles in a 24 hour period. True. Problem with worldly things is that you can't detach so easily. You used a computer or phone to type this comment. This means, you were still attached to the electronic equipment. True detachment is to live like a monk or ascetic. It's tough life and you will feel so bored and angry and frustrated. You will feel anxiety, depression, sadness, etc. It's supremely tough to be truly detached from this world my friend. Perhaps, when you make up your mind to commit suicide, that's the moment when you are almost 99% detached from this world. At such a moment, you can join as a disciple of spiritual leader and learn deeper truths and spiritual practices to perfect your breathing and exit this world by attaining samadhi without any pain or suffering.
I hear so many people speak of opening their chakras doing studio yoga and obtaining enlightenment. I know that in this country we want every quick and fast but what makes me smile is knowing that even after meditating and doing yoga and reading about the many paths of yoga and yogis I am no where near to opening my ‘chakras.’ I think of the chakras as the 12 step program, until I release the past and the trash cluttering my I mind and recognize that nothing can hurt me except my ego I can not move on. Recently I was guided by spirit to forgive all those I felt had hurt me or those that thought I hurt them and forgive them I did. After that came a period of intense awareness of not seeing people but shapes, and not seeing buildings but instead rocks. Slowly but surely I am opening my snake but to think that it can just open because you practice yoga only is crazy.

I only and this experience one time. I suppose I did not ''keep the ego of knowledge'. I feel lucky that my physical body did disappear and it was not scary. I saw light, connection and at that time I called "god". Now I know it was my Lord Shiva. I was one with God who was everywhere. It was not scary, but beautiful. My firsthand knowledge about chakras and kundalini was by attending Sahajyoga classes which helped me later to get deeper understanding & knowledge on these topics.
You can have this awakening doing nothing but learning. I have been shocked by a lightning bolt( metaphysicaly) at least 6 times of awareness that lasted for an hour or so.

I experienced my kundalini event in 08/1993. Like shaking hands with Infinity. I got to know myself from the perspective of every human that has ever experienced the influence of my being (the displacement of my presence in form, in this reality). I experienced how I made them feel...EVERYONE ! My whole life and everyone in it in about 12 seconds, even reliving my birth. I felt my consciousness leaving my blood and ultimately rose through the top of my crown as a sphere of bright energy. There was no "god" like most talk about. There was only Love and Infinity. This is an extremely condensed description of what I experienced. I have been writing about this for 25+ years and the information from the Universe still flows to this day. Infinite perspective is the teacher. Balance is the Prime, then there is Truth, Understanding, then Love ! Infinity is the composition of all. It is the Influence. There is no good or evil. That implies opposition or adversary. Balance, centering in the heart, is a must. We go from planetary consciousness (animal) to cosmic consciousness, the stellar, higher self. Kundalini rising has direct ties to Saturn and there is good and evil in all of us we are born with it, with the choice of choosing what path we may take daily. Everything but time has an adversary or opposition.
I have felt the body shaking like snake while energy moving upwards many times. But only once I felt a great experience, this experience was like a 2 minutes expirence, we all know that when we meditate we do have some sense of our environment and its existence, if not any thing else at least we have a sense of our breath, even in deeper meditation we so have the sense of our breath that something is breathing, but in this one expirence I lost all senses but only heartbeat is something which I could hear and feel. Nothing other than heartbeat, no other sound, no breath, no body, no mind, nothing at all, as if I was only heartbeat and nothing else. It only happened with me once. I literally would hear the heartbeat and feel it, I was like a small atom which was only doing heartbeat, I don't know how to actually put it in words but I tried my best to do so. Thanks
As previously said. Without any spiritual knowledge I attended two days kriya through my friend. Just wanted to get out of my depression. But during second day of my kriya there was two hours of bhajan. I was so angry on God and just asked him to take away my life or guide me. Completely I surrendered. When I experienced awareness I knew God showed me the way. It was like my new birth. All pains vanished. My perspective of life changed. But couldn't continue my saadhana due to my commitment to family. I retain little ego. But I'm happy about my realization towards life and death.
After reading comments here, I am amazed. There are so many people who are not normal like me. 😊. I had also felt that bliss of super consciousness. I felt something like illumination on my shoulders and behind head which can only be felt not seen. Something which always remained with me whether I am sleeping eating bathing or whatever. I can rationalise everything in this world. I feel like superhuman who can get any knowledge and reasoning that what is happening for what reason. I always want to remain in that bliss of devotion and knowledge forever but due to worldly affairs and fear of being abnormal after sometime I came back with help of illusion. Now I can go back to that stage again anytime with intense discipline. And came back from that using illusion (Maya/ worldly affairs).

God is already within you, the journey of kundalini is for you to realize this. When you did not experience an ego less state (no-mind) before the Kundalini, you will experience the Kundalini from an ego perspective. In such a perspective there are still beliefs which create emotions like anger, frustration, pride, guilt, shame and the root of all 'fear for the survival of the subjective self'. During the Kundalini dark forces and light forces come to test the aspirant. If he has too much ego he cannot pass and falls into what the westerner describes as Psychosis or Paranoid Schizophrenia. To come back from this is very difficult in the lifetime where it happened. It can be prevented by thorough dhyana practice where one learns to be 'none-reactive' to any phenomena. As long as there is reactivity, there is emotion, which means astral force and this is the realm in which many demons dwell. If you are fearful, you cannot pass and fall into madness. This is why one must not rush for success but built the foundation of the house long before initiation happens. Have your mind fixed on realization, love and fearlessness. Everything has divine timing. Those who are slow (thorough) are the fastest. Those who are fast, are the slowest, since they fall back into a lower state of consciousness.

I had this awakening over the course of several years with my own intuition as my guide. I’ve only recently understood it to be a “kundalini awakening”.

For me now I don't really have any desires except for sexual pleasure. Feels boring at times and when I see or hear people with their ways of thinking it upsets me! Often tries to show people how to see things in a different prospective but it only leads to me being pulled to an egoistic state. Very nice. One should also know that trying to force the Kuṇḍalinī by 'Kuṇḍalinī yoga' always leads to difficulties. She does not like to be forced, and will create problems. She prefers the devotees who cultivate love. For them She will arise effortlessly and trouble-free, giving access to the highest consciousness.
Thousands of people have read these messages time and again but how many have achieved state of Self-realization ?. May be one in millions !. Not an easy path.
This happened to me. I was unconsciously taking these steps to better myself not even knowing about kundalini and it happened one day after months of meditating and changing my diet and not watching tv or listen to music or entertaining any type of negative thought throughout my day. It can be done. I’ve been searching for what I had experienced. I believe this is it. Since then I’ve been seeing it’s and auras and I have prophetic dreams.. it’s a whole new world.
Feel the "zero". There was nothing before "you", there will be nothing after "you". Your existence(life) brings your sorrows(dukkha). The process to overcome sorrows is struggle, struggle for existence. Through meditation also one can grasp the idea of the Absolute Energy. After 16 years i finally have the answer for my experience as a 13-years old boy. I was immense in sadness and wished to die to be with God for once and for all to have eternal peace. (Since i was a Baby i have a strong Faith in God). In my sadness i cried for God and prayed to HIM (The way muslims pray) After finishing my prayer i got up and turned the lights off to go immediately to bed. (it was nighttime) and very dark in my room. Suddenly i just saw immense divine light all around me, much more intense than looking at the sun. i dont know how long it lasted, maybe 10-15 sec. and all around me were dark again. At this moment my mind was asking: what was this but somehow i didnt reason about this experience at all in this night. My sadness perished and i was full in Love and slept like a Baby. Seems my Kundalini have reached to "Anahata" at this time. I always thought it was an Angel, but now i am sure it was the Kundalini, which have reached my Heart.
I had the same exact experience when I was young. Almost 20 years later now and only had something like that happen to me 1 other time. Even if I gotta wait another 20 years to have that 15 second experience it is well worth the wait. Don’t try to quench your thirst, deepen your yearning and thirst.
I had my initial kundalini awakening 23 years ago and this included a direct encounter with the Divine Mother (6th plane). There are no objects on this plane...the intense golden/white Mother Source Light radiates all souls throughout the entire Universe. The Soul is a pure Being with a body of Light being radiated and sustained by the Mother. She radiates intense ecstacy, pleasure(which feels just as sexual as spiritual), effulgence, love, and bliss. Then the long, arduous, agonizing purgation, purification, and integration process until the ego merges completely in the Soul. To hell and back. I experienced my kundalini event in 08/1993. Like shaking hands with Infinity. I got to know myself from the perspective of every human that has ever experienced the influence of my being (the displacement of my presence in form, in this reality). I experienced how I made them feel...EVERYONE ! My whole life and everyone in it in about 12 seconds, even reliving my birth. I felt my consciousness leaving my blood and ultimately rose through the top of my crown as a sphere of bright energy. There was no "god" like most talk about. There was only Love and Infinity. This is an extremely condensed description of what I experienced. I have been writing about this for 25+ years and the information from the Universe still flows to this day. Infinite perspective is the teacher. Balance is the Prime, then there is Truth, Understanding, then Love ! Infinity is the composition of all. It is the Influence. There is no good or evil. I have felt the body shaking like snake while energy moving upwards many times. But only once I felt a great experience, this experience was like a 2 minutes expirence, we all know that when we meditate we do have some sense of our environment and its existence, if not any thing else at least we have a sense of our breath, even in deeper meditation we so have the sense of our breath that something is breathing, but in this one expirence I lost all senses but only heartbeat is something which I could hear and feel. Nothing other than heartbeat, no other sound, no breath, no body, no mind, nothing at all, as if I was only heartbeat and nothing else. It only happened with me once. I literally would hear the heartbeat and feel it, I was like a small atom which was only doing heartbeat, I don't know how to actually put it in words but I tried my best to do so. Thanks

As previously said. Without any spiritual knowledge I attended two days kriya through my friend. Just wanted to get out of my depression. But during second day of my kriya there was two hours of bhajan. I was so angry on God and just asked him to take away my life or guide me. Completely I surrendered. When I experienced awareness I knew God showed me the way. It was like my new birth. All pains vanished. My perspective of life changed. But couldn't continue my saadhana due to my commitment to family. I retain little ego. But I'm happy about my realization towards life and death.

After reading comments here, I am amazed. There are so many people who are not normal like me. 😊. I had also felt that bliss of super consciousness. I felt something like illumination on my shoulders and behind head which can only be felt not seen. Something which always remained with me whether I am sleeping eating bathing or whatever. I can rationalise everything in this world. I feel like superhuman who can get any knowledge and reasoning that what is happening for what reason. I always want to remain in that bliss of devotion and knowledge forever but due to worldly affairs and fear of being abnormal after sometime I came back with help of illusion. Now I can go back to that stage again anytime with intense discipline. And came back from that using illusion (Maya/ worldly affairs).

When you did not experience an ego less state (no-mind) before the Kundalini, you will experience the Kundalini from an ego perspective.
In such a perspective there are still beliefs which create emotions like anger, frustration, pride, guilt, shame and the root of all 'fear for the survival of the subjective self'.
During the Kundalini dark forces and light forces come to test the aspirant. If he has too much ego he cannot pass and falls into what the westerner describes as Psychosis or Paranoid Schizophrenia.
To come back from this is very difficult in the lifetime where it happened.
It can be prevented by thorough dhyana practice where one learns to be 'none-reactive' to any phenomena. As long as there is reactivity, there is emotion, which means astral force and this is the realm in which many demons dwell. If you are fearful, you cannot pass and fall into madness.
This is why one must not rush for success but built the foundation of the house long before initiation happens.
Have your mind fixed on realization, love and fearlessness. Everything has divine timing. Those who are slow (thorough) are the fastest. Those who are fast, are the slowest, since they fall back into a lower state of consciousness.

I don't know why, while I'm listening the background music my physical brain is going to turn off and the spiritual being awakens... Something like feeling consciousness..
For me now I don't really have any desires except for sexual pleasure. Feels boring at times and when I see or hear people with their ways of thinking it upsets me! Often tries to show people how to see things in a different prospective but it only leads to me being pulled to an egoistic state. Everytime when I realise something I feels like sharing but usually it annoys people because that changes the belief system. Sorry for my English and grammar. I have a feeling or intuition that I may leave any time. Not worried though, in fact looking forward to it. The only thing that concerned me is my family members.

Thousands of people have read these messages time and again but how many have achieved state of Self-realization ?. May be one in millions !. Not an easy path.
This happened to me. I was unconsciously taking these steps to better myself not even knowing about kundalini and it happened one day after months of meditating and changing my diet and not watching tv or listen to music or entertaining any type of negative thought throughout my day. It can be done. I’ve been searching for what I had experienced. I believe this is it. Since then I’ve been seeing it’s and auras and I have prophetic dreams.. it’s a whole new world.
Feel the "zero". There was nothing before "you", there will be nothing after "you". Your existence(life) brings your sorrows(dukkha). The process to overcome sorrows is struggle, struggle for existence. Through meditation also one can grasp the idea of the Absolute Energy. Sound of water dominating the music
After 16 years i finally have the answer for my experience as a 13-years old boy. I was immense in sadness and wished to die to be with God for once and for all to have eternal peace. (Since i was a Baby i have a strong Faith in God). In my sadness i cried for God and prayed to HIM (The way muslims pray) After finishing my prayer i got up and turned the lights off to go immediately to bed. (it was nighttime) and very dark in my room. Suddenly i just saw immense divine light all around me, much more intense than looking at the sun. i dont know how long it lasted, maybe 10-15 sec. and all around me were dark again. At this moment my mind was asking: what was this but somehow i didnt reason about this experience at all in this night. My sadness perished and i was full in Love and slept like a Baby. Seems my Kundalini have reached to "Anahata" at this time. I always thought it was an Angel, but now i am sure it was the Kundalini, which have reached my Heart.

I had my initial kundalini awakening 23 years ago and this included a direct encounter with the Divine Mother (6th plane). There are no objects on this plane...the intense golden/white Mother Source Light radiates all souls throughout the entire Universe. The Soul is a pure Being with a body of Light being radiated and sustained by the Mother. She radiates intense ecstacy, pleasure(which feels just as sexual as spiritual), effulgence, love, and bliss. Then the long, arduous, agonizing purgation, purification, and integration process until the ego merges completely in the Soul. To hell and back.
