Did you check the play for the valves side to side, ive spent 1h/valve to grind the seat to the valve (had dents in valveseat)
Replacing the head gasket should I go ahead and replace the base gasket as well I just don’t have ring compressors an don’t wanna remove the jug
I broke the chain guide support of a suzuki gs 850 from 81 how could I change it without having to open the engine cover
I dont see how you could replace that without getting in there.
Круто! Чем красили корпус трансмиссии? Мне предстоит такой же ремонт на gs650
VHT high temperature paint.
Вот что это здесь, в США, я не знаю, можно ли его найти в России
@@Animation445 я в США. Чикаго.
@@igoldin74 Oh ok lol. Good luck with your rebuild I am also currently in Illinois.
@@Animation445 thanks! where in IL?
Your ring compressor tho!
Ive seen a few guys do it that way. I should have been more clear in the way of explaining that this is a video of me doing my bike and not a tutorial of the most right way to do it.
Actually I read in my clymer manual that if you don't have a proper ring compressor you can use a large clamp like that
Wow I can't fathom doing all that work & not having a modern valve job done... That would've been a easy FREE 15-20hp. And saved you 40 hours of cleaning LoL
What do you mean modern valve job?
@@jasonhudson5861 We use SERDI Machines now. Not stones set at 2 or 3 angles. They have a rounded radius cut. Not to mention when doing the valve job these various radius cutters clean up the bowl area. That in itself is a HUGE improvement over the factory valve job...
