      Mr Stevens such a good bloke in these troubling times I think he would sell all his guitars faster than a snowflake would melt in hell to help the needy. My life ain't flash but man you are inspiration to being a better guitarist, better human being and maybe live a bit longer.

      I got to see the tour for Atomic Playboys too, in a club in Calgary Canada, and it was fan- freakin-tastic! I loved the album, and seeing it done live from about ten feet from Steve Stevens was just a life experience I will never ever forget! Love his playing and his tone has always been just devastating!

    Ha! Must be awesome to be dialing to those amazing amps and have the man himself on standby. As much as this interview was about Steve you have to give thumbs up to Dave for not only being there to support a friend but not let the interview be about him or his amps. So humble. We need more guys like Dave!
    And that sound! Steve really knows how to get the most out of a rig.

    Love Steve and Geezer ... absolute legends. Sorum is a great drummer ... the weak link with ALL these Super Groups is always the Singer ... the Singer is usually the person that lacks the credentials the most and as a result things fall flat. Unless you get one of these groups fronted by somebody known and amazing ... it never really takes off.

    • @chrisangela
      @chrisangela 5 років тому

      Or as I do, since I play mostly in standard, I just tune down to D with the tuning pegs. It won't be in the "Zone 2" where it stays in tune no matter what, but it is simply tuned normally. I love it and sure hope they solve the engineering issues for a Floyd Rose/floating bridge option!
