Bought some led bulb of ebay and they was very poor. Even the light pickture was all wrong. Tiger 800 has pretty good standard headlights so it was mostly for a more modern look. Got some cree spotlights that works good.

They look quality for night riding, just as a matter of interest did you get flashed by other road users for being too bright?
I find these LED lights so bright and dazzling especially on newer cars. I’ll wait to see further updates on these before I make the change. They do look like a game changer for the poor Tenere OEM lights. Thanks for the vid 🙏🏽

Yes. I love those LED lights
After a year of use, have you faced any issues with overheating? I fear that LED produces more heat and with no ventilaton from the headlight out it could damage the cover or light body. Or is there everything OK and the temperature is not so high?

Thank you for watching my videos. I have not noticed any issue as such. I live in Ireland and it’s cold almost all year around. If you live in a hot place this might be an issue.
Thanks for the answer. Unfortunately I found out that the older model 2010-2013 has too short light plastic cover so the LED with cooler does not fit. I know I can buy one from Ebay but it is quite expensive :(
your're bulb cover looks different than the original, may i ask where did you bought it?

Hi, thank you for the comment. And as you commented on this video one of the bulbs has failed last night. I’m not sure if it’s the light which is gone or is it a problem with connection. I’ll check it very soon and post the update here
Now that you've been riding with the LEDs for a month, are you finding it's worthwhile switching from halogen? Any downsides?
HI Eric, Thank you for watching my videos. To be honest I have never ridden the Super Tenere with halogen lights. This bike came with some cheaper LED headlights which the previous owner had installed. they were very poor and the beam pattern was rubbish.
These led lights are great. I ride home late at night everyday when I finish work and not once any on coming traffic has flashed at me. Led lights reflect any road signs much better than the halogen lights so that you are aware of the bends and turns ahead of you. And the best part is it is much easier to find out if the cop car is waiting somewhere to catch me speeding.. (not saying that I speed... lol)

I’m not sure what’s the rating. I would not even trust the lumens mentioned on the box by the manufacturer
