One word: jealousy. The first time I realized that was in the early '90s I was standing on the sidewalk on High Street Kensington when I observed a number of persons of a particular race exiting a building, all of them carrying a mat. It suddenly dawned on me how lucky I was that we got our natural tan that others have to get burnt in the sun and on tanning beds to slightly achieve. #goproudlyblack

When I originally purchased my Peleton I tried a number of instructors all really good, some better than others however when I took Tunde's class I fell in Love with her immediately. I did not even know how incredible her story was until now, and she inspires me even more. She is a BEAUTIFUL amazing sister!! Love Tunde

I teared up this whole video. She is so beautiful inside and out! I have a spin bike and my close friend invited me to try peloton for 60 days. After searching and trying different spin classes I found Tunde and I have not been to anyone else’s spin class lol. She kicks butt, her spirit shines full of love and she inspires me. I clicked because of title to hear about her Weight lose Journey, Being a person always struggle with weight. However, there was nothing regarding if she ever had a weight issue…🧘🏾♂️ seeing her on a bike 🚴, doesn’t mean she had a weight issue, but great interview.
"weight loss journey" as you mentioned gives you an insight of "weight issue" as you mentioned. 😊

EB Vision Network... I was actually looking in the comments for someone to make this point. The title is an example of click bait, as the content has nothing to do with a weight loss journey. The practice is still unethical, no matter how inspirational the actual content is.

I love doing cycle in the gym and I swear I want a peloton so bad just because I hear about Tunde’s classes. One day the I’ll have the money.
In the meantime find a gym that has one and use it for "free"-ish (you'll have to pay for gym membership 🤣. The building where I work has a gym for the businesses housed there and I used the one there but I'm not impressed. I love my cheap Yosuda that I have at home. 😃
WHy not just use the app and set up your phone in front of the gym's bike? That's what I do. The app's incredible.. Tunde's classes are my favorite by far(her and Alex T)but I do bootcamps and Arms/Light weights/low impact and normal rides with Tunde so I end up riding w her more than any instructor:). It's only like $12 per month.. the app. They have more than just cycling too, I did a full body strength workout today for an hr. I''m pooped! Lol(& yoga, barre,pilates runing etc).
