Ingredients for Aloo Tikki Chaat recipe:
4 Boiled Aloo
2-3 tbsp Onion Choppings
2 Green Chilli Choppings
3 tbsp Coriander choppings
½ tsp Black Salt
½ tsp Chilli powder
Salt to taste
1/2 cup Corn Flour
2 tbsp Oil
½ tsp Cumin
2 Dry Chillies
2 Bay Leaves
½ Onion Choppings
1 Green Chilli Choppings
1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
½ tsp Black Salt
¼ tsp Turmeric
½ tbsp Chilli Powder
1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
Salt
½ tsp Chat Masala
¼ tsp Garam masala
½ cup Dry Peas cooked softly (overnight soaked & cooked)
1.¼ cups Water
2 tbsp Chillied Sweet Curd
1 tsp Pudina & Coriander Chutney
1/2 tbsp Sweet Tamarind Chutney
Carrot Beetroot gratings
2 pinches Chilli powder
2 pinches Chat masala
