That same metro chick figured in a Tony Royster Jr. video. She was on it.
Where’s that video about playing on the beat, behind the beat etc.?
The metronome in general gets hard to hear once I get in tempo and it throws me off completely. Am I doing something wrong?
if you can’t hear the metronome, that means you’re doing it right
@@Dulp1 Thanks, I just need to get more used to it then. :)
When you can't hear it you are on the beat.
What are the other two?
ty avoided it but I goota do it
You really helped me.
That's great to hear!
All you drummers are amazing musicians. Don’t know how you do it. I know you’re trying to explain but it’s beyond me. It must be amazing playing them. I play bass in a band and stand right by our drummer so I can watch him play. Totally amazed
I’ve been playing drums for like 2 years now. Got the hang of it pretty well but still always learning of course and need to get better. But my dad plays guitar and sister plays bass. Whenever we play, I’m always thinking the same way as you expect I’m wondering how y’all play string instruments. I find them so much harder than drumming

If it makes yo feel better, all you have to do is plug in and so on. While us poor drummers have a s load of gear, in and out.
I would love to practice anywhere anytime
with a guitar/bass.
