Brushed black titanium, sunburst dial, legibility, nicely done. But for $2K+ (I don't have problem with quartz costing this much as I have Sinn Hydro watches) Seiko should have tried to make a integrated bracelet that will last for a long time instead of an odd size and non descriptive leather strap that wears out in a few years.
Those look absolutely crap on Seiko's own product photos/renders. When you see one in reality they are mighty impressive, and the AR coating looks just as good as on an IWC. A step up from Citizen of the same type for sure.
Hi Barry, this is cool and capable: however, cramming too much information on the dial can give me a headache... Here's a thought, how about comparing Seiko solar tool watches with Citizen? It's something you haven't done before, and let's face it, we are generally mechanical enthusiasts here but there is a place for a decent quartz watch in a collection... VG Bob 🍻🍻🍻
Would you happen to know if I can buy this strap separately? I have a 39.5mm Astron that I've been trying to find a strap for (same lug width). Love the channel btw!
There’s a site called Buyee which is a proxy shopping site in Japan I use all the time, put the discription and model number in the search bar and Google translate what you don’t understand 👍 P.S they’ve never made me pay VAT on anything under £300 🤫
@ClickSpringReview no offense, man, but even if I handled it, I still wouldn't think it was worth it. Ooh, it can set itself and is made out of titanium with a proprietary strap. Watches have been able to set themselves by radio for decades, lots of other titanium watches out there too. I'll agree that it is nice but there is nothing there to command the price. I guess if you like Resident Evil that much, even though the series has went to shite.
Very cool watch to cover! Great looking watch!
Its not normally the type of watch I'd review but I did enjoy wearing this one
Thorough review as ever. The older I get the simpler the watches are I tend to like.
Cheers chap this one I could of done with a lot longer as it does soooo much
I totally get that Mr Hector: I'm the same...

They do a bracelet model and at this reduced price its not a bad buy I think, I liked it a lot more than I thought I would
Seiko Astron has a micro adjust clasp in titanium - I wish they just roll it out on any every other line
Nice and yes that would be good if they did

I was really impressed and would consider only one myself, They feel like a real quality watch

Thats good to know 👍🏻
@@ClickSpringReview That'd be awesome. Thank you sir!
@@ClickSpringReview Not to bother but I was wondering if you'd heard anything about this strap. Thanks again.
$1600+? Ya right.....
£1600 the normally price is £2500 its a pretty cool watch and feels really solid
@ClickSpringReview I guess if people can be duped into paying that price, all the power to them....
I'm guessing you have never handled this watch then ? because you had I'm sure you would change your mind
