    Hey! Do you know if you can make a video about activation exercises before a workout and eating before going to sleep? It would really help a lot

      We don’t use activation exercises. All the research as well as our experience shows they are unnecessary. Simply warming up with your target exercises is sufficient. They key is just choosing better exercises for your stimulating sets.

    Would a slight elbow bend be optimal for training the chest? Beacause i have heard that by locking out your elbows that your body detects instabilty

    Why are flys done with 90° abduction but chest presses done with 45-60°? If chest uses ribcage as a fulcrum wouldnt this happen in flys too?

      Thats a great point, and why I prefer the press around over the fly exercises. Also we do flies in varying degrees depending on the division when using cables, but the pec dec limits your options because of the fixed arm path. You could do unilateral variations with a torso lean however.

      @@N1education makes sense, only way I can do flys is with a good fly machine or with dumbbels on ground, which feels quite amazing on my chest. I have also tried your pull around variations but I find it hard to setup correctly Im just doing it wrong as I feel it in my shoulders quite a lot.

      @@joojotin aim lower. Tutorials coming soon. It is more complex to setup, but that is a consequence of such a large ROM with a free moving handle. There are no perfect exercises, just ones that work better for certain goals.
