I will still say no matter what, mha fandom knows how to ship a single character with anyone they can find where this two characters interact with each other for 2 mins.
Though for Izuku x ochaco it kinda canon cuz they show scenes of her refusing to like him but the show kinda shows u that she does like him like when ayomomo says is it because she likes him.

My opinion on all of the ships:
IidaMei: Idk, I can't really remember any scenes where their personalities meshed well together. Not even sure how this ship became a thing, but I guess it could work.
IzuMina: No. They've never had any romantic scenes together whatsoever.
IzuMei: Definitely works better than IzuMina, since they actually had moments together. Still, not perfect for Midoriya.
InkoMight: I actually think this one is hella underrated. The only thing that keeps me from supporting it further is the fact that Deku's mom and dad are supposedly still together. If they were divorced or something, I'd fully support this ship, but I find it hard to do so when Inko is already in a relationship.
EraserNight: I don't really understand this at all. Eraserhead seems like the absolute last person to be in a relationship with Midnight. But whatever I guess.
IzukuTsu: Once again, better than IzuMina, but still not perfect for Midoriya. A wholesome ship, but not the best.
TogaDabi: Personally, I prefer Twice x Toga more, but Dabi could work well with her, too.
KiriMina: This is the best ship for these two characters. They work so well together and they've had their fair share of moments.
EraserJoke: This is the best ship for Eraserhead. Joke seems to show genuine interest, and I could see Eraserhead growing closer to her in the future.
TodoMomo: This is the best ship for these two characters (Man, there's been multiple good ones in a row). Just like KiriMina, they work well together and have had a couple moments.
TokoTsuyu: They haven't really had any romantic moments, but I could totally see this developing in their second and third years. My favorite ship for these characters.
IzuOcha: OTP, not much else to say. If I say too much, I'll end up making a multiple-page essay on how much I love this ship.
OjiToru: I don't remember any romantic moments, but just like TokoTsuyu, this could definitely develop in their later years.
KamiJirou: One of my favorite ships. This one is too amazing.
BakuToga: Aaaaaaaaaand that was the end of the good streak. Like wtf even is this ship? Have they ever even spoken to each other before?
TogaDeku: Once again another horrible ship. Toga is probably the last person that Deku would ever hook up with, especially after chapter 348
So, about half of these were awesome, some of them were meh, and others were just god awful. In my opinion at least.
