For hawks, being a villain does not change his wing colour, it’d still be red, it’s the natural colour, even if he dyed his wings, his wings grow as he ages, so they would look weird, so imagine his villain form but red wings, thanks you:7 have a great day!:3

I feel like Midnight’s costume would be a lot more scandalous if she was a villain, the reason her costume is the way that it is is because it was decided it was previously too revealing.

I feel like Midoriya would become a villain based off his own perspective of why All Might chose him.
For example, he could think that he was just chosen to be a simple pawn and/or a clone of All Might, and during his training to become a hero he sees no difference between him and All Might, thus going insane and trying to murder All Might (This is just me thinking off the top of my head, pls no criticism)
