    Playing catch up, this is how I've done fondue basic for awhile, I prefer tap starch over arrowroot too...

    You are My new best friend and you don't even know it! I made the cheese in my vitamix and it was too thick but.. it's soooo darn spreadable. Happy Accident! I was also not able to locate lactic acid but used a 5 to 1 ratio of lemon juice And gave it that tangy cheese like flavor. I usually do an oatmeal cornstarch pourable cheese. This is the first time I've done it with tapioca ...way easier. Once I get the timing on it to pour out! Thank you for the recipe. So Happy to Add you to My go-to recipe maker's on UA-cam! My husband loves Cheese this is his New favorite ❤

    Knocked this out of the park, & would a pot 9n the stove heat or a water bath approach be better!

    Gotta try this! Gave up fondue as I have a family history of Cancer so I need to avoid the estrogen and possible BLV in dairy-so this is awesome. Thanks for sharing

    Use o tradutor, por favor:
    Receita do fondue:
    Um copo de aveia,
    Dois copos de leite vegetal sem sabor,
    Duas colheres de sopa de levedura nutricional,
    Meia colher de chá de tapioca,
    Uma colher de chá de alho em pó,
    Uma colher de chá de cebola em pó,
    Uma colher de chá de mostarda em pó,
    Meia colher de chá de ácido lático,
    Duas colheres de de missô,
    'Cuidado com o sal, pois o missô já é salgado'. Experimentar para verificar se está bom de sal.
    Blend all. Bata tudo no liquidificador.
    Ela coloca a mistura numa panela elétrica para fondue.
    Ela tempera molho de tomate com tempero italiano ou orégano e levedura nutricional.
    Ela mostra a ricota feita de resíduo de leite de soja, okara. Ricota temperada com levedura nutricional, ácido lático, sal, etc. Ao seu gosto.
    Ela adicionou um pouco mais de leite vegetal para diluir o fondue.
    Eu cozinharia um pouco a mistura para cozinhar a aveia e a tapioca, mas eu citei conforme receita exposta no vídeo.
    Eles comeram tipicamente com pão cortado em cubo.

      Thank you - so sweet of you to send me the notes! The high-speed blender does actually cook the oats and tapioca starch which is why it thickens.

    I don't have a high speed blender. Would it be possible to use oat flour and to heat up the ingredients over low heat on the stove?

      I would still use rolled oat in a reg blender - on the blog I have some instructions in the post on how to do it: healthyslowcooking.com/pizza-fondue-recipe/
      But really just blend till smooth, then whisk over med heat until it thickens. If it get's lumpy throw back into the blender before serving.
