I definitely prefer the Miami Beach home. Everything about it is a lot more open & spacious than the Key Biscayne one. The difference in the backyard area's is what seals the deal for me. Give me a house that backs onto the Intracoastal Waterway anyday of the week & twice on Sunday's.
I really like your idea of comparing two mansions. Please do more of this. However, you didn't really articulate what you want to compare. I think the vast majority would pick the Miami Beach mansion because it's so much bigger and spacious and has water access. But, as a VALUE, it's debatable since it's more than double in price. And to determine value you really need to show what access to amenities in the first villa really give you. Is it just a bigger pool and a big gym or do they have concierge services, security, maintenance, maybe golf club access? All these things could make the first home a much more attractive value for your investment OR not, depending on maintenance costs. I would like to see two similar square footage mansions but either in different parts of the city or with different key features like maybe water access vs. golf club membership OR having incredible outdoor space vs. having luxurious internal features or something like that. Apples to apples.

Hey Jason. Ohhhhh. This is different comparing 2 homes. Both nice. But. The 2nd home is my fav re: the pool. The numerous seating areas and for dining as hell. The head support in the primary en-suite tub and his /her closets , toilets and dual shower. The hot tub on the primary balcony. And the rooftop lounging and grilling was awesome. See you next video.

Miami beach home is top notch...Key Biscayne, doesn't have a view. The rooms are small. The master bedroom, very small plus your neighbors could look right inside..
Miami Beach’s, provided there’s no HOA bullshit to deal with, as I would in Key Biscayne… if there’s a gate, I’ll bring my $25M to either The Roads, Shenandoah or The Gables.

I have to say, I love the Miami Home, much more, because of the kitchen, master suite and the impressive outdoor space...but not at $175,000 per month. I would rather purchase it, then rent it. House 1, wasn't that bad, but it did not compare to the Miami Home.
Plot twist both of those homes in Houston, Dallas Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio Texas go for 2 million lmfao! #1 prolly goes for 850k and 1 acre lol
