That’s for young fit folks 😂. Nice kitchen and nook. Second sitting room. Nice guest bedroom. 2nd main suite. Nice. Rooftop bathroom 🙌🏼. Amazing out there. Jacuzzi. Shower. Seating. Landscaping. It is beautiful. The only negative for this THREE story penthouse luxe is the worn out artificial turf - at this price level this is something I would expect to have been replaced prior to listing and video production. Love the views!
Was the tons of dirt, water, and plants in the original load calculations for this building? Did You know a high-rise condo collapsed nearby recently? One of the causes talked about on the news was people putting in larger bathtubs, tile floors and other things which added more load to the structure. Video forwarded to Miami Dade building code office. Hope they pulled a permit.
I find the existing railing on the balcony much more fitting than those stupid glass walls. I mean I'm not a toddler I can watch over it and don't need to see through

I would have put more evergreen plants - plant comes to mind would be Raphis Palms or Sego palm even bamboo palms, to keep the leaves and stuff to a minimum and redo the artifical turf, i mean if im paying Millions for this, a few thousand dollars to redo the turf is like chump change.
Even the best views get old quickly. My home in North Carolina has golf course and mountain views but I seldom look at either because I am busy with other things. And I don't need an elevator to go to my garage.
Would love nothing more than seeing a 100-person party in this unit, and then the entire building collapses Champlain Towers South style because the columns weren't built to hold all the extra weight from all the marble, planter boxes, tubs, and people.
You really evolved in your craft. I really enjoyed the home tour. Maybe you can show some homes in Hollywood Florida,Jupiter Florida, and Fort Pierce I'll be on the lookout.
