Hey Jason. Happy Thursday. The aerials are amazing. Lovely first sitting area and bar. 🍹🍾🥂🍷🥃🍸🍺. Spacious guest bedroom. First main suite nice. En-suite nice but not feeling the stairs. That’s for young fit folks 😂. Nice kitchen and nook. Second sitting room. Nice guest bedroom. 2nd main suite. Nice. Rooftop bathroom 🙌🏼. Amazing out there. Jacuzzi. Shower. Seating. Landscaping. Grassy area. It’s a backyard on the roof. Dining. Full outdoor kitchen. Wait. A 3rd floor. Seating. Loungers. Where’s the pool Jason? Thought I saw when in the aerials. Had to rewind and it was the jacuzzi and a blue umbrella. Well dam. It’s so amazing up there I’m surprised no pool. You kinda rushed through this one to get outside and I see why. It is beautiful. The only negative for this THREE story penthouse luxe is the worn out artificial turf - at this price level this is something I would expect to have been replaced prior to listing and video production. Love the views!

Was the tons of dirt, water, and plants in the original load calculations for this building? Did You know a high-rise condo collapsed nearby recently? One of the causes talked about on the news was people putting in larger bathtubs, tile floors and other things which added more load to the structure. Video forwarded to Miami Dade building code office. Hope they pulled a permit.

I would have put more evergreen plants - plant comes to mind would be Raphis Palms or Sego palm even bamboo palms, to keep the leaves and stuff to a minimum and redo the artifical turf, i mean if im paying Millions for this, a few thousand dollars to redo the turf is like chump change.
This is the best rooftop garden I've ever seen. Does the parrot come with the house? 🤔 Maybe I can find some money in my couch cushions to buy it.
