Just 2 tips:
1. Apply the wash after having put on the decals.
2. For polishing the canopy, cheap sanders / polishers for nail polishing do the trick. Start with a medium sander, then use a fine and at last, the polisher. You can then finish with the polishing compound. FloryModels sanders/polishers are very good, too.

Well done. Built that kit about 3 years ago. It's not a bad kit. The decals were the highlight. They were easy to use and ended up looking the part. Kit is now at the Commerative Airforce Museum in Camarillo.

I have the same kit, will need to seek alternative decals though as I really don't like this livery.

Like a lot of things some people will like it others not so keen. What livery are you planning?

@@michaelsolaris6750 I got it with a batch of other kits so I couldn't be too picky as the price was cheap. But I think I will go for a plain UK version as it reminds me of playing EF2000 back in the '90s. 😋
