Great class. I am so glad I found you. I am very much into the working out rather than the social aspect of it. So I love that I can really focus on the moves. I don't get how people are commenting during the class. Are they just watching the step class and not doing it? I'll be doing this one over and over again...I'll be putting more risers on next time. Thanks for continuing to bring great step classes.

I’ve been doing your beginner/intermediate step for a year or so now. I started step over 30 years ago, but I love these because I can do them without previewing because your cuing is so good. I get a great workout and have a bunch of fun. This one had great music and made me LOL!

This was great. So enjoyed the hip stretch at the end! It has been a long time since you've included that stretch after step - much needed!! @@CDornerFitness Yes coughing and reduced lung capacity. My O2 sats drop quickly. I am able to do about 30 mins of cardio - with breaks to catch my breath. Not fun, but I am improving slowly. Thanks for asking Chris. You are such a caring person!

Love this! Adding some intermediate moves to basic step is a good way to progress. I do the same thing with my mind wondering and then I lose the choreography. Step really makes you focus on the present.

Took me to the tomato zone XD I LOVED this! It was pretty challenging getting to sequence down so I was thinking the whole time and that was good too. I swear my brain burned almost as many calories just keeping track of the steps lol. I pretty much had it by the end though. I will be doing this regularly. Thank you

I have had a problem for about 20 years with it getting really freaking bored of working out every single time I start gung ho and then Peter out about a weekend because it is so boring. You have cured me! I used to do step regularly in the 90s and aughts and then everyone stopped teaching it, and switched to Zumba; I DESPISE ZUMBA. This has been so much fun, so far I’ve done three of your classes and I can’t wait to do more. I actually look forward to this, which is insane. THANK YOU

Just found you…loved this routine. I taught step YEARS ago, forgot how much fun it is. I really love the 125-128 bpm music…easier for me to perfect form/ execution if I’m not tripping over my feet :)

Another great workout! I started watching your channel for the step aerobics. I did step in my late teens and now very close to 50. It was nice to do something I was familiar with and you have fun choreography! I have also stared to work out with your strength training and stretching videos. YAY this was one of my #1 step workouts when I was a vampire. Back in my retail days I used to do a 30-45 min step almost every morning at 6:30 before work.
I specifically remmener Old Town Road” coming on at work and I heard your voice in the back of my mind say “V Step! Mambo on the floor!”
Also, when doing it today and you said “JT and Stevie!” I knew you were about to get lost 😂 this for me is a true step classic thank you so much for bringing it back today what a great workout

This one was fun! Still gotta work on my hips - no medical reason not to i just have poor motion in my left hip that needs loosening and a step class a day keeps the pain away 😂 bought some resistance bands to see if that helps at all but I don’t know how to use them so need to scroll your feed to find out!
