Thanks for posting. I have a 2013 V7 Stone and the Manual doesn't even tell you how to change the gear box oil or what type of oil to use. Just says "Contact your local dealer". Any chance you know what type of oil I should use? Is it the same as the Stelvio? Thanks again!

      85w90 - 1L. It's listed here: www.guzzitek.org/gb/ma_us_uk/750/V7Classic_022009_Atelier(GB).pdf

For the V7 II (2015-) they specify ENI Rotra LSX 75W-90, your earlier model may be different - do check in the handbook (use & maintenance book). The oil is a JASO MA, not ordinary car transmission gear oil; this may be specified for heating rather than for wet clutch properties, as motorcycles do tend to heat up and cool down quicker than cars. The V7 II only takes 500ml.
I checked - the V7(1) wants 1 litre "AGIP GEAR MG/S SAE 85W-90" but the Service Manual (link above) does not describe changing the gearbox oil - The V7 II Service Manual does, the gearboxes are similar but not the same.
