    Do a braid out on blow dried hair! like blow dry your hair wear, it in 2-4 braids for a couple of days then wear it out. Its not straight but not curly, you get length, no heat damage, but can still wear your hair down with stretched out hair and you can do cute styles throughout the week(s) too! (depending on when you want to wash it!

    Love your hair so much I just love all things hair!!! I use aphogee protein treatments the 2 minute reconstructior and you can do that weekly but I was told by my beautician to only do a protein treatment every six weeks and also make sure your doing a deep conditioner at least once a month for that moisture finally with a blowout you can wrap it I know some girls like to pin curl also to preserve curls to save your hair after a blow dry and working out leave your hair wrapped and let it dry fully or blow dry the roots I could go on for hours about hair your definitely doing an amazing job with your hair it’s so long and beautiful 💕💕

      ahhh pins curls would be perfect! or maybe flexi rods? ill have to try that! I know I need a deep condition once a week or my hair is dry af hahaha crazy how different our hair is and we just have to figure it out

    i would recommend introducing it back into your routine once a month and if you feel like you need to up it i would do a protien treatment 2x a month but that’s it . the aphogee 2 minute reconstructor is a good mild protein treatment that will have your curls popping!

    I like to use the pattern treatment mask as my protein treatment. But I’m low porosity and only do it once a month. My hair was stretchy at one point in time, I decided to add a balancing deep conditioner back into my routine

      I do still love it I just paused using it because I’ve been using the aqua collagen because it has protein 🥰

    Girl, as long as you keep your hair healthy, keep it blow dry or pressed if that's what makes you feel more confident at the moment. I personally keep my hair " blow dried" not pressed, and I feel like I have fewer tangles . Also, I think my hair thrives when it's stretched out. My curls are more 4a, b-ish and I feel like for my life style, it's just easier.

      love that for you! I think my hair is the same well I notice it stays more moisturized when it's stretched and less tangled too! what do you do to your hair at night to preserve your blow dry?

      So because I work out about 4-5 days a week and I SWEAT SO MUCH 😮‍💨, I typically wash/do my hair twice a week. I use the Revlon round brush dryer, I believe you have the same one. Anyways, it only takes me like 20-25 mins to blow-dry. I blow-dry on medium heat, of course using heat protection. I'd put my hair up in a few flat pin curls or just two buns with my satin bonnet. I really only do my hair cute whether straight or curly if I have something going on. We bound to look raggedy with these hair when we work out so much 🤣🤣
