Step 1: Set Hide Paper doll to off.
Step 2: Set UI Profile to Classic
Step 3(MOST IMPORTANT): Set GUI Scale Modifier to -1
This should fix this but will make the UI smaller.

Wait how do u put it into minecraft? I got the zip file it doesn't work when u extract it and put it into the mojang folder, I already fixed my storage to external there's no resource pack
make sure ".mcpack" is at the end, if it has ".mcpack.zip" then remove ".zip" so its mcpack at the end, if it only has ".zip" then delete zip and replace it with "mcpack"
