I love my Urban red three speed and my Urban Black 7 speed, but my 7 speed In The Barrel is getting a 2000W Cyclone motor tomorrow!!! I'm 6'2" and fit them all just fine.
Almost 10 years old video so I am really late to comment here. I think a cruiser bicycle would be cool to have. The problem with the most of them, if not all, seems to be that the sadle height is too low, however. Maybe it's possible to get correct height? But I guess it then would take away the "right" look of it?
Cruiser bikes are meant to be sized and adjusted so that you can put your feet flat on the ground while in the seat. The advice you're giving for setup is for road bikes.
yeah i found that to be the most comfortable. its not gonna be a good time either if you need to emergency brake with your tip toes due to the coaster brakes not being enough, youll want your feet to be able to easily reach the ground and touch flat so you can really dig your heels in if need be and to slide the bike sideways for extra braking
Hey is there a 26" Beach cruiser "Rear rim" and or spokes that can comfortably handle/Support a 350 - 400lbs person's weight with out the spokes constantly breaking at the J bend?!! I'm tried of the S#!t!!🤬 My current bike is the Kent 26" Bayside cruiser Model # 72696 (Black & Blue Discontinued) Please help!
The single speed In The Barrels will be back in stock in a few weeks. You can e-mail the sales department to be added to a curtsey contact list. The 3 speed matte black, single speed cool grey and Retro edition single speed are also available.
Thanks for posting this video, i am 6.3 and wanted more info for taller riders. This video helped me out. Another thing you may want to address is weight capacity. I weigh 260 pounds. Will the "In The Barrel" hold up for a bigger guy like myself?
I'm 6'4" and about 290lbs. I had a back injury and subsequent surgery. I put on a lot of weight when I got hurt. I have recently lost 100lbs. I want a single speed cruiser for simplicity. I still get back pain. Would the In the barrel work for me? What about the fat tire version?
I bought 144 spoke 26 inch wheels but for my back wheel it’s basically a incomplete wheel meaning I don’t have the freewheel or anything Idk how fix that what can I buy
Ur knee won't like that though in you older years, your usually biking anyways so it's much better for efficiency and for your body to have the seat in the right spot, however if you don't bike everyday then it guess it won't be a problem.
I didn't really like this video, because it didn't really explain how to buy the right size for one's height. It basically said either bikes would work for both guys. They are very different in height. I thought the silver bike looked tiny when the taller guy was on it, and on the black bike his legs weren't extended at all. Is this correct? I would've thought the taller guy would want a much taller bike?
This bike is almost perfect. It was very easy to assemble. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkx2YFGCCEkXKgqCOH-7vlvgb4L4hg4IrXI The fit was great as well. I am 5'11" and 160 lbs with a longer torso and rather shorter legs, and 55cm is a perfect fit. Every component seems to be pretty decent and durable except the rear wheel. It was a bit lob-sided and also the freewheel component is either missing a ball bearing or under lubricated, which prevents the wheel from rotating freely. Because of that, it requires more pedaling and also climbing hills a lot harder than expected. Other than the back wheel, I like everything else about it. Affordable and well-built.** UPDATE **It turns out the sound was caused by the tight chain tension. Once I loosen it up by moving the backwheel a tad bit closer to the crankset, the sound went away.
FINALY a video where they give their heights this video was a big help
Just how a bike should look like ,nice ,simpel and works perfect.
Bike manufacturers have made things way too complicated.

One could get a Layback seat post to bring the seat back over the wheel.. That's what I did with my cruiser.. Found a lay back seat post online
yeah, the first bike fits tall guys, but only if they never want to turn.

Old but this helped! I’m 6’0 and wanted to get a 26” Cruiser made by Kent. 2600.
That black one is like the geometry of the electra cruiser 1. I like that, and if I learn to ride that's what i'd like.
I am 6.4 but have 24 inch wheels, is that a problem? I really like the beach cruiser:(

Is Firmstrong gonna make more Bruisers. They are sold out on your site and even the Firmstrong site.
Would the Chief be comparable to the In the Barrel?
I wanted to know if 24inch bike rims and tires can be put on a 26 inch beach cruiser. I got many answers except what I asked

Cuál es la diferencia entre una bicicleta normal a una Onex 29 ??????
very sumpa your video has the opportunity to watch my parisian bike!
Which bikes for women have an extended frame? Cruiser?
Im thinking about buying one, 29" onex Im 5''6 Can I lower the seat to fit ? I intend on putting a 4 stroke motor on it .. Whats your thoughts man ?
man it must be hard going uphill with those forward pedals and what about standing and pedaling, how does that work?
I ride an Electra Revil 3i 2016 ,which has forward pedals.the gears help up hills but you cannot stand up and pedal.
For a 5'4 like me any advice for a size of frame or wheel.
I have the black powder coated one. I love my cruiser and it gets looks! I even put chrome fenders on it for bling.

The second bike is an "in the barrel" made by Threesixzero
A 26" cruiser would be perfect for you.
He almost falls @ 1:21 lolol

I want that "in the barrel" bike SOOOOO bad and its sold out! :(
Sixthreezero In The Barrel.
if a man has issues how to chose the "appropriate" bike... then that explains a lot why we are such mess...
Someone's lying about their height
Ok. Both bikes fit all 3 sized guys.. Just raise the seat. Jeeze thanks for nothing!
1:25 min Kkkkkkkkk Samallll boy
It's like they're complicating common sense.
Manufacturers have made biking so complicated with 1001 considerations that recreational riders have no concern for.
1980
To a China man a 19 inch frame is a large.
I hate to see people on bikes with the kickstand down. It’s a good way to mess it up.
