Beautiful brook trout. Do they reproduce in that river or do they need to be stocked? What would be the closest town for overnight lodging?

In that area, brook are all stocked.
If you want to stay close to the lower kings river, Reedly or Sanger are choice but not many there. You want to take hotel/motel at Fresno.
