I took my kids to see Kellie right after her season on American Idol. She was so kind and really engaged with the crowd/fans. I've loved listening to her music and have been praying for her emotional and mental health after losing her husband. I remember her saying he was the love of her life and that he was meant for her when he sang and she danced on Dancing with the Stars, she was such a beautiful and graceful dancer. I pray she takes all the time that she needs to heal from this tragedy.
This woman has been thru so much in her life at no fault of hers. Between her Mother & Father & then her husband. She is a amazing person. All the best to her & welcome back to the stage

My first husband committed suicide when I was 34 with 2 preteen children. I know how hard it is to rediscover who you are and what your life is now. It takes courage and strength to put yourself out there. I applaud Kellie for teaching others about life moving forward. She has had more than her share of challenges in life. But, her strength and perseverance shine through! I wish her all of the best always.
Still praying for Kellie and everything she still facing.

You are incredible Kellie and have to carry on. I was widowed at 50 year's old when I woke up to husband that was 52 died in his sleep. I thought I'd die with him and I really had to remind myself to breathe. It's been 23 years since he passed and I miss him everyday. On April 4th every year I relive that nightmare.
Your husband was very talented and you should always hold those songs close to your heart. Carry on Kellie and know that God loves you and wants you to be happy 😊

Kellie is such a ball of energetic light even after being through all the rough patches she has had to walk over... I saw her in 2009 at Chinook Winds Casino in Lincoln City, Or with my grandparents.. it was a very special concert.. wish her all the best and brightest for the future
