Yup, I was a big fan of Dishwalla, in & around 2 decades ago. Some of the guys are currently friended on my Facebook. They took home Billboard awards for their hit song "Counting Blue Cars" in the mid 1990's. They are alternative rock.
This band was in the 90's pop as well as this song. No wonder the video is like that. Everytime I heard Dishwalla, it reminds me of Smallvile if you know that series, Superman before Henry Cavill. One of their songs was a soundtrack there.
First of all, I love the Kiss figures in the background. That's awesome. And funny, but I was listening to them today in the car. This CD is actually a pretty good CD. There's a lot of decent songs on there. This song grabbed attention as it referred to God as a female, which was different. It's not my favorite song on the CD though, so if anyone hasn't heard the CD through, it's worth a listen.

To me this song is the song that captures 90"s pop.

Tell me all your thoughts on god, cuz I'm on my way to meet her.
