Thank you bro. Just put my app in with CT. Best thing on the table right now in my area. I bought a house an hour 30 from my current jobs nearest plant. Need to cut that commute in half at least. If you're looking for a new gig readymix is pretty sick. Enjoy the army though bro. Appreciate the video. Got me fired up.
They pay really good at some terminals, some terminals that have low cost of living area paid more than my area. $2k gross a week. It is what it is though. Good luck at the job. Some people I met kept central as a career, I looked at it as a stepping stone at first. It's upto you to decide what's best for you and your family. Good luck. I hope the vid helped
Congratulations on your return to the military! I pray for your success Sir! You are so through in your explanation of CT! Thank you for your service as well!🫡
Is this a good company to work for? I just got hired and start training this Monday as a day driver. Starting at $32.50/HR, I’m just not sure about the whole LTL thing never done it, I just been an OTR driver for a few months.
@@iam_zeus875 I been looking at the terminals out of the IE and city of industry most of em say tankers n hazmat endorsements do you think they’ll hire me if I get my endorsements within those 90 days
I've got a phone interview with them soon and they're claiming $26 an hour at 45-55 hours a week and man that doesn't quite sound like a 3k gross weekly check. Lol
@RadiantThoughts_ Yeah I'm not sure how I feel about it. I want to go back local but it would be a 45 minute drive to work everyday in a low mpg pickup truck. Right now I gross 1850/week regional, sunday-thursday. Friday Saturday off. On a dedicated no touch freight and quarterly bonuses of about 1900 every 3 months. I feel like this job is going to hurt me financially way too much.
That's how majority of local companies are, but if they're really hurting for, people they'll take their chances on a rookie now. People are always coming and going with these touch freight companies. Ltl and food service.
Nice i moved to a different ltl carrier and they harrased me and called/ text me non stop to come back, desperate company horrible management. Most drivers there are cool
3k to 4k a week after taxes lol that's hars to believe but I'm sure you was making 1k a week gross , after taxes you were taking home what $ 800 for 14hr shifts?! Thats good man this company should be under investigation

$1,500-$1,800 gross at my terminal a week. I wish I made $3k a week lol. Idk though, I'd get taxed like a mf if I did though so pros and cons.
where is your terminal located?
Used to be Louisville Kentucky.
Did you say 1 to 2 to 3000 a week take home
Thought you had to have at least a year of experience to get on with them.
